Naima apa was my class 9's class teacher and she is the best person I've ever seen in my life. She know's every student very well. And she personally said to my mom that, '' not every student have the same brain or capacity. Parent's should know how much her daughter can take. Talk to her that how much she can take and give her that opportunity to try herself. '' And it helped me a lot. Only for that one conversation my results grew up so fast (how I Don't even know). But She's a inspiration for us.. Personally She's my favorite teacher in my whole school and collage life.. Love you Apa

Well,I was just telling my friend today that we need to include “psychology” in NCTB curriculum. I think the way body shaming impacts on our mental health, nothing else does.

I also had some people tell me things like that. I mean, do they think it's a compliment or what? I love my dark skin. And here they are showing me pity, like I'm crying 24/7 over the fact that I'm dark-skinned.

Thank you so much for bringing up the hair topic. I have been facing so much hate from my teachers from having natural curly hair. I like to keep it long cuz i look really good at it. But they hate it. I got called a Negro and a girl so many times. I was legit encouraged to straight my natural hair even got threaten that they would pull my hair and take all the hair from my head so that it never grows. And as the egotistical mf i am i never cut it lol. But thank you for bringing this topic. A teacher should stop forcing hairstyles to students. The life is the students so let them style themselves the way they want because ultimately it dosen't affect the studies at all. Let them have long hair, Mid sized hair, Short hair, Bald etc. If they look bad or anything encourage them don't threaten them and force them to have haircuts. Its not girly to have long hair for boys and also not manly for girls to have short hair. And please for the LOVE OF GOD, Stop using Africans in a degrading way to make people who has Afro hairs feel bad about themselves. Its bad in both ways. Your being racist and a gaslighter. Thank you

In my perspective, teacher r student er porashuna getup ,overall discipline and whatever eshb er pashapashi they need to build up their behaviour first. Ami amr college e dekhsi, not all of them , but a few jader behaviour prochur baje, like there are some teachers who have some ‘positions’ than that of others. Jei positions basically dewa hoy to look up on their students discipline, that’s totally ok. Kintu they behave so badly w the students like ekdin ekta student hoito chul ta thikthak bedhe ashlona or his/her dressup wasn’t Upto mark. Yes you can resolve it by saying or if a student is not listening to you after giving him multiple times of warning, you can shout but shouting er moddhe o variations ache. You can’t just say whatever you want to. Eg: tmi chul ta Evabe bedhe ashcho you’re not here to study , tmi chele dekhaite ashcho, prem korte ashcho, even they say, koshay thappor dibo, class e kotha bolle one of them said je tmra e Oishb students jara tk diye public e bhorti hou and many more. I was in charge of my college in a position in which they look after the students overall performance like discipline and all. But what made me feel so disappointed and not applying for the next time was the BEHAVIOUR of the students and the teachers who were in charge of this duty along w me. Ekta dayitto pawa maane ei na je, you can rule, you can behave bad. I think age behaviour thik kora uchit . Proper guidelines rakha uchit HOW TO BEHAVE. Both for students and teachers

Coaching eo temon vabe e conduct kore. Jototuku e class e porao but make it interesting. Thik ache je sob teacher parbena. We have generation gap. Kintu we both can equally try from our sides. Students o kichu ache jara abr teacher beshi free hoile beshi barabari kore. In that case ekta limitations tene dite hbe , what to do what not to do. Idk as a student I’m very much disappointed to see all of these. We have different perspectives to see the matter. Kintu Ami jei opinion ta rakhtesi it’s not totally one sided. I’m thinking both sides as much as I can .
