- This metal art statue is made by Brutus Metal Art.
The video shows you step by step how to do it.
The basis are two antique French axes which I bought at a flea market.
I got this inspiration from the work of J.P.Augier, he is an absolute master at reusing old tools for his art.
I incorporated my own ideas into it.

What a beautiful sculpture. It's amazing how you can create soft, delicate form out of scrap steel. Thanks once again for posting this video. All the best 👍
Thanks for watching and your nice comment Paul!
The doll looks like it jumped out of an air plane, very COOL
Hello Candice, thanks for watching!
Du bist unglaublich, Bert , das ist mal wieder der Hammer !
Liebe Grüße aus Duitsland nach Nederland ❣️👋🎹🎼
Danke Ralf!
I find it amazing watching you turn old tools into beautiful works of art . I do blacksmithing as a hobby and I'm always looking for ways to improve , and I find when I watch your videos my mind goes into over drive . So thank you Sir for the inspiration . 🤓
Thanks Douglas, yes sometimes watching good videos gift’s you new ideas!
It is always interesting to watch you work. You can see art in most anything. I was wonder how you were going to attach the hat. The pin and weld was a great idea. I want to work on some metal art but the mosquitoes are so blood thirsty here. I did make a memorial for a dog that passed away. Thanks for the video!!!!!! 😎😎😎😃😃😃
Hello Alan, thanks for you nice comment! Is it one off your dogs? Brady?

Brady and Cooper are fine. A dog in my old city had died and I was asked to make a memorial plaque. Thanks!!!!
