This is an interesting approach, but it only shows a single Group for a user. In my environment users can exist in several groups, and I'd like to be able to filter on the group membership. Any idea how to adapt this to list all groups for a user and not just one?

Yes, you can do that as well, just bring %CURRENT_USER% from information link, and then hide or show page based on group name
@@variableashyt5975 I'll try this again, but when I setup the column I only see the alphabetical first group a user is in, not all of their groups
