Great but sad documentary apart from the lobster place which is great to see they recovered
Never live where storm surge can reach. Never live right on the coast. You don't need to. Let someone with piles of risk capital do that. I've lived in the Southeast for over thirty years after escaping Bergen County so I've been through a few hurricanes and storms, but I made sure to be well inland. When Charleson got slammed by Hugo I was safely located towards Columbia. People don't internalise disaster prep, but thinking many, many years in advance doesn't cost you a dime and pays off when the excrement hits the fan.
