This really looks like a toy that's meant to be opened in the bathtub. These color reveal dolls have always had "bath toy" quality, and this one is the most obvious.
I personally like color reveal mermaids more than the other ones. With the water element, it makes sense. Earlier this year I bought a color reveal mermaid, I got the one that I wanted. After that I haven't bought anymore. Love 💖 ur videos, tho.
They are epic tbh . I love mermaid dolls and they're nice specially for what they are , their fin is something different tho so thats something i'd probably customize if i were to get one

I would honestly rather they just got rid of the hair and did exclusively molded on hair for this line though as the wigs didn't work, the rooted hair doesn't really work with this nature of doll and the ponytail is just asking to go missing. That is just how I feel about the hair issue. No offense to anyone meant. I hope you continue to be a positive voice.

Ok. Trying to replicate, is liquid pack oily? Because glycerin soap with extra oil wll create a foaming soap, Epiphany after your Strawberry review. So if liquid is just oily then it makes foaming glycerin soap!!
I'm not a big doll fanatic but from watching your videos it's just satisfying to do the doll in water color reveals an mystery packs it comes with. Love the glasses btw an almost have the same haircut as well
I can understand why collectors may hate that it's not articulated, but I can see it being good for the younger kids who could lose limbs or accidently break them. I think my one "complaint" is they have a cute concept and they fall short outfit wise. Like those dresses? CUTE! The separate clothing pieces? Cute! Together? EH. Like imagine if instead of the swimsuit they had molded on it was maybe a soft pink one with stripes that tie in to other colors in the pieces. It'd still be a mixed pattern which they love to do, but it'd make WAY more sense then this one with theme, colors etc and probably look way nicer with the other pieces. However that's just my opinion and everyone has differing ones. Maybe the little kids love the way it's mismatched here for variety.
I was just thinking that if you don't use the fruit-shaped swimming pool-looking thing to dump the foamy doll into that you could wash it and then use it for a funky Jello mould ;)

As a bath toy for kids, yeah it is great. I am not impress. The foam is still a one trick pony. After that, it is a bath toy, or with the whole play set, it is an after bath toy settling down for bed... yeah that works.
The first one I got could not sit just normal. Im used to like Fashionista and their limited bodies but I had to use her arms to basically prop her body up like a tripod her butt couldn't sit straight on the table. Plus her Wig put me off just not looking right. I just refused to her these after that. Maybe I'll try the ones with the ponytail it just looks better
