OK I wasn't the only one, who had to check from multiple camera angles to confirm the call on the field.

I feel relatively confident that the old game show on TV gave the first person the option to "play" or "pass" on giving the first clue, which is good for both the game and for discussion of strategy in the booth. A must add for next series.

We’re gonna need a breakdown. Joez hand reaching for the choke is what made Paxton reach back in. She thought he was going for another handshake
@@FrostedClarinet Agreed. After further review, I reversed my call on the field and came to the same conclusion as you. It was the choke that led to Paxton’s reaching back in for a proper handshake.
What I can’t figure out is who to penalize for this or for the original awful handshake. Blame needs to be placed on someone or this debate will continue for decades. Was is Paxton’s fault for not having correct form and for usually giving and accepting limp-wrested girly handshakes? Was it Joez’s fault for excepting the horrible handshake because he’s doesn’t respect women enough to give them a proper one even after the first one was bungled? Do either of them need to make an appointment with a optometrist?
These are tough questions that need answers. Everyone please reply with your official opinions below.

As someone who watched a lot of Password on TV growing up it’s frustrating to watch them play. It doesn’t seem like anyone really understands how this is played. You are supposed to use the inflection of your voice to help your teammates get the clue. That way you can use opposite words and the first part of compound words.

With the momentum of their historic performance in Round 3, the stars were all but aligned for Girls & Co. to take home this championship. Nonetheless, stick taps all around for both teams bringing their best to this final round. All that's left now is for JomboyMedia to release the officially licensed "Girls & Co. 2023 Password Championship DVD" and merch.
That "Better" round was a disaster. And they won on a technicality!

I feel like the best strategy for this game is to pass if you have the first clue - if that’s allowed. It’s better to have the second guess because they almost never get it on one clue.
Exactly. Or just intentionally give a bad clue. Not too random but something pretty unhelpful
I said it before and ill say it again we need a best of 3 with all 3 giving clues especially since the games are timed i feel like it would be easy to manage vs something like blitzball where you font know how long a game will last
I don’t know how a game called password doesn’t require using the correct word but instead depends on how the words are said.

Pro strat: Discuss ahead of the game with your team that you will be giving hints that are opposites of the password.
I was thinking something similar... Or speaking in higher pitch means opposite.
With Prune you gotta play for 2 words and go for Plum then Dried.
Zach and Zo probably dont even know what a prune is.

I actually like it when Jomboy and Jake don't know the word and are trying to understand the clues themselves. I think it makes for better commentary
How do you not have Jack or Zo as the clue guy, they have perfect chemistry. If one grunted the other one would instantly guess the word.
Because jack gives the worst clues also his guesses are all over the place
Zo should give it a shot but it seems to me he doesn't like be under pressure
they have to rotate each round and the round jack was giving the clues was a disaster

ok. this whole two different words are the same is nonsense. They must spell it to ascertain whether the guess is actually the correct word or not. Just because it sounds the same does not mean it is the same word.
