Sir If a person is residing in foreign country then how to summon him/her (in case of partition) ?
Dear, the summon will be sent by post if there is a postal communication b/w such states or if there is a no postal communication then political agent will be appointed to serve the summon in foreign state.
Dear, you must read the Order 5 rule 25 and 26 CPC. It will clear your doubts.
