Major changes are coming to Hudson, Florida that will increase real estate values. Pasco county has approved, using tourists dollars to help build a 200 room hotel in the Sun west area. They have a proved a major marina, and the Corps of Engineers has agreed to allow dredging of a channel filaments by you to the Gulf of Mexico opening up possible direct or indirect golf access from the sun west property. I believe that this will become a major residential development with homes starting at $750,000 plus if you can get them either directly or indirectly to Gulf of Mexico.
