Hi friends!
It's been a while! and by while we mean a very long time. So for a lot of you who don't know Covid struck us last year in April. Getting our lives back together after it has been a roller coaster ride but all for good!
Between last April to March that is now, woosh, a long time is an under statement, now that we think about it.
A lot has happened since then, fast forward to October last year where we worked with the U Mumba Pro Kabaddi team as their S&C coaches. What a journey, where we had to spend five months in a bio bubble!
Couldn't record that part of living and what life is like in a bio bubble because the preseason and in season periods were so busy!
However, we did some short interviews with some of the team players.
This is the first one!
In conversation with Abhishek Singh Thakur, the vice captain of the team.
The interview revolves around everything related to his sporting journey. His entry into the sport of kabaddi, training ethics, routine, lifestyle and of course his experience training under us during the season.
