I didn’t know this. For me, I’m not going to obsessed over any small wrinkles on my face or skin. I simply want to stay all natural « me »… But as you said, it’s each person’s body, face and choice, and you do look great. Living in southern France next to Spain, I’m careful with sun. Yes, I have some wrinkles but I’m alright with them. xxx
I agree! I see a Frenchman - Dr Sebagh - and I’ve only ever had Botox twice and only in my 11s between my eyebrows - that’s it. Dr Sebagh wanted to do my crows feet and over my forehead - I said NO they are my laughter and life lines, the only thing I want to get rid of are the frown lines between my eyebrows! Minimal intervention ❤❤❤❤
Thank you for being open with the botox and fillers. I started both at 49 (51 now) and have had two treatments after a kidney surgery that took a toll on my skin. I've had many surgeries for an autoimmune disorder and the botox and filler was the first "medical treatment" I've had for positive reasons. Definitely can say it was worth it! I agree with light chemical peels, healthy habits and hydration as routine!
Thank you Tracey I really appreciate you sharing your self-care processes with us, it’s really helpful 🙏🏻❤ And I’m loving the new direction of your channel! 😄👏🏻👏🏻
Once you get Botox, it takes 1-2 weeks to see full results. I'm finding now that after years of getting it that it's not as effective as it was. I need to get it more often or need a higher amount. I see wrinkles that I didn't see before. It is frustrating. I had a friend get filler for her hands and she ended up with all of these lumps in her hands. No one could figure out why that occurred. I once had injections in my chin to reduce the fat and ended up with a swollen salivary gland after the doctor injected there by mistake. As you said, it's an individual decision querida.
You do the work. You don't just go for injections. I'd dump it now. It will only get worse as you age. You need to look after yourself internally then externally.
Sunblock, RetinaA, Botox (light), Gym 6 days & Have a HOBBY Golf! At 50, I still have 6 pack abs. Botox? Botox is a way of pampering yourself. Do it! Do it for you. No one's bus. Tracy, you are gorgeous! Love all ur contents
You are very beautiful. I’m 37, saw your menopause video as I am SURE I’m in perimenopause… thank you for sharing so much! ♥️ I plan to get some of these things done too once I’m done breastfeeding, once and for all.
Something I like to do and find it helps a ton for my veiny, crepey hands is to put a retinol cream followed by Vaseline and some 100% cotton gloves over that at night. It really pumps them up a lot and decreases the visibility of the veins.
you look great! Im a few years older than you 52.just started using spf on chest, neck and hands about 2yrs ago, wish I started earlier! so important!!!!
This was the most honest and candid video I’ve seen on “what I’ve had done.” I learned a lot about what is and is not possible. My dermatologist leans toward conservative treatment, which is good because it keeps me in the real world. Thank you very much for this informative video!
I live outside of San Francisco & came across your videos for the first time yesterday. I am 50 and get mild work done. My entire family lives in South Florida & I grew up there. Everytime I visit, I do not leave without going to Skinhouse Miami in Coral Gables. The owner Joha has extensive knowledge, she worked at a dermatologist removing scars and also with a known plastic surgeon. I had never had a peel (I'm a little chicken) or laser facial and her results are absolutely incredible and fairly priced. I always book the day I fly back home to CA. I've only had one surgery (implants) but hands down my favorite is Lenny Hochstein, for when the time comes. He's done work on at least 6 of my friends. For lips, Icon_wellness with owner Chad in Fort Lauderdale, it's worth the drive..
😢 I feel you and was struggling to find a good solution. I tried diligently upping my rest and hydration, gave up caffeine, was trying creams.. Finally when looking at family photos of grandmas and aunties, I determined that these under eye bags were bound to increase. I went to a plastic surgeon for consultation on UNDER EYE BLEPH. He also suggested I go for a “baby brow lift” so I wouldn’t need any forehead touch ups for another ten years. Caved and went for it. Yes, pricey for both procedures but took years off my face. Been 2.5 years and there’s no evidence of *having work done*
For me biostimulators work pretty well for under the eye.. Sunekos or Jalupro are available where I live and it smoothes out really well. Only problem is that the effect does not last very long, maybe a month.
I was on hrt, the lowest dose for less then two years and came down with breast cancer. No family history and no genetic markers. Obviously now hrt is now off the table for me. I can honestly say no exercising, diet or facial treatments kept me looking younger like hrt. I appreciate promoting a healthy lifestyle but for those who aren’t taking hormones it’s a different struggle and if there are those getting frustrated not seeing results it’s because such dramatic results won’t be achieved without the help of hormones.
Wow!! That's what I fear about HRT. I'm 41 and most likely in perimenopause. I'd like to find natural solution before I head down the road of HRT. I k own they are out there. How are you doing now?
Wow you're 49! You're gorgeous! I am now 52 menopause has definitely taken its toll on my face or something has LOL if that has to be it but I love listening to your advice thank you❤.. I've done Sculptra I can't say that it did anything and then I'm on my second round of microneedling it's my first time ever trying it we'll see how it goes I guess it takes like 9 months to see the full effects
I got me a best friend who is an amazing esthetician. Professional facials once a month based, based on her recommendations of what I need. Also do home facials at least once a week. Caudelie is my go to face mask brand. Actually started doing after I saw a JLo interview when she said that's what she does in addition to her line... I also do use her line. I'm a NuYorican too, with similar heritage to her so I get great results. 43 & get told I look 10 years younger too. 😊
You're simply gorgeous. I can't believe you're 49. I just turned 50 and most people think I look younger too, which is nice, but I don't think I look as young as you!
@@NicolesNaturalsin my personal opinion, I do think she looks around 45 but looks like she takes very good care of herself with lifestyle, good skin products, a bit of Botox and has great confidence and positive outlook which makes her look lovely
You need to know what you are doing especially it goes deep. So be careful. If it's done well that will work more than any botox. Of course Retin A and L-ascorbic acid.
I really appreciate your transparency. But regarding the cheek injections, I've had them over the years and right in the center sort of the apple of your cheeks and then along the outside sort of by your high cheekbone. It does to me look like you've had filler in your cheeks done recently both in the center and along the outside by your temples because people don't have poofy cheeks by their temples naturally. So that was kind of curious that you said you haven't had filler in quite a while? Unless you got a type of filler that starts with an s I can't remember what it is but that's supposed to last several years? I'm not finished watching the video but could you share the type of filler that you do get in your cheeks? Thanks 😊
Courtney Cox regrets all the face procedures she has done. She now looks clownish which is sad. Ruined her looks. Botox scares me. Thanks for your honesty. I still wish women could just age naturally but still looking the best they can.
She regret the filler treatments she’s done.. A few years back you could see a lot of fillers in her cheeks which looked terrible. So she stopped that.
People minimize or dismiss the reality that Botox is a TOXIN - that in higher, lethal doses was leveraged as chemical warfare. And however we try to justify it, doesn’t fit into living “healthy” IMO. I got it once and felt awful from it… did I look younger? Did the effects last for years? Yes! It didn’t freeze my face but it relaxes muscles, and I think in a way trained me how to naturally move certain muscles less, which helps to minimize lines long term. But the reaction scared me and I’ll never do it again. So even if someone says they’ve just done filler once or lip injections once - the effects don’t go away just because they haven’t gotten it again. Aging “naturally” to most means just not looking like they’ve had things done nowadays. 😉😌
Cox’s issues were really excessive filler, giving her “pillow face”. Botox simply relaxes muscles and smooths lines. It doesn’t make you look strangely puffy or like you have a huge square jawline like people who put fillers over fillers for years. People don’t realize fillers never really dissolve. They accumulate.
@@stephaniec7425botox can make you look strange and older if you overdone it. I know some people that only doing botox, nothing else but they look strange, older and even overdone like they had some kind of surgery, but they doing botox for years, this is how the girls who start botox in their 20 will look in their 40 ,like those people.
Love honesty 👍 I got Botox about 5 or 6 times in total (I’m 42). Although I don’t get it anymore I would definitely get it again especially for a special occasion, I love the results. Baby botox looks very natural and it’s cheaper. I mostly stopped because of cost and because of muscle atrophy.
I am 41 and a few years ago I noticed my hands getting age spots. They have retinol hand cream. And I wear sun gloves. They don’t make your hands sweat. I also have the upf sleeves that cover my hands. I like the sleeves because it’s cooler with them on than off and it protects my arms and hands from the sun.
@@Peanut_taco_muffinthe clothes made for sun protection are the best. I put the sleeves on when the sun is super hot and they cool me off. The gloves are great for in the car or riding a bike. The retinol hand cream is great at night in the morning I use jojoba oil mixed with castor oil I made myself just buying the oils from Amazon.
Yes turn sixty four this year. It's really hard getting older. But I am loving your videos and now because I'm somewhat retired.Have the time to actually look at them and start taking care of myself. Just watch the batwings video and found out extremely helpful. Love all your colors that you choose as well on your shirts and such. Been working on updating my clothing.
Refreshing video, love that you are so open and transparent about the procedures you had done. By the way if you figure something out that works for the thin veiny hands.. please update and share as I have the very same problem.
💕I've not ever had Botox, but, I've heard and read that it's a procedure that must be maintained or else after it wears off the patient will end up looking worse off... I've began to consistently incorporate facial exercises into my beauty routine and it truly helps. We exercise our body so we should also exercise our face. Vitamin D is so very important for one's health. I truly try to get as much sunshine as possible. But, it has been a challenge since I work inside and most of my recreational activities are inside. Therefore, I consume vitamin D supplements and other vitamins and mineral supplements daily. I'm African American, so genetically my aging process is slow; so I've that on my side. Plus, I don't use any drugs or alcohol (besides an occasional glass of quality red wine with dinner) and I try my very best to keep stress factors low in my life. I may have a face lift in the future but Botox (and filler), if I do give it a try, will be minimal. And if I use filler in the future, I'll use my own body fat. I'm a healthy carnivore that practices a very low carb diet, but, I consume loads of vegetables, nuts, berries, avocados and other fruits. I snack on quality beef jerky and seeds. I also consume water and tea more so than coffee and fruit juices. If I have an occasional coffee I have it without sugar. But, if I have a natural fruit drink or smoothy it's my dessert or treat for the day. My sin, I cannot seem to completely stay away from pizza, a good hamburger and Ice cold ginger ale. I also enjoy cheese cake, Chocolate cake and apple pie. So, my cheat days are twice a month. No more than that. I consistently practice. Intermittent fasting 8 to 12 hour fast. I'm 58 so I walk more than I do aerobics these days and I've incorporated weight lifting into my exercise routine. 💕 💐
I love Botox too. As for facials, PRP (vampire facial) is truly amazing, and not too painful with a numbing cream. Radiofrequency and micro-needling also make a big difference. Skin boosters are great too, I've done them around my eyes.
Me too and my skin is flawless, I’m 50 everyone even younger women in their 30s think I’m 30… the key is diet exercise herbs and GOOD GENES..People are going to learn the hard way cosmetic plastic surgery Botox fillers are all EXTREMELY TOXIC
Former med spa owner here I don't know what filler you had but if it's hyaluronic acid based you should be able to get a substance called hyaluronidase to break up the filler.
Thanks, Tracy. Just a question: what was the gold buzzing instrument you held while getting Botox? I've never had Botox before, so maybe this is an additional tool used?
Ty for being honest. Too many women compare themselves and knowing some get fillers etc takes the pressure off. Im way easier on myself knowing all this now. I wish i could afford fillers id do thrm for sure but will have to use my lifestyle and creams etc
Tracy, what type of fillers did you have injected in temples and cheeks? I know many derms now recommend Sculptra for those areas vs HA fillers. Just wondering.
Love your honesty. I too have had Botox and have just done sculptra which h helps my body create its own collagen. It takes time but I am really happy with it. I got back to my practitioner in 6 months to access again. She too is amazing as also says stuff like you don’t need this if I ask about certain things. I also do not like the 11’s and also leave for some movement as I like to still keep the natural part as well. Yes would love your skin routine ❤
Hi Tracy, I’ve heard what you said in your other video ( 10 tips ) about running and making my skin on my face look saggier. I didn’t start botox until 45 I’m now about to turn 49. I cut down a lot on running and I’ve done hiit and weights etc. I still run a couple miles 4 times a week. Of course in doors. I always thought it was sun damage that caused the droopy so I haven’t been worrying about it. So what’s a replacement because it keeps me in shape and I walk my dog 2 times a day to get my 10k steps?
I wish I had money for a little face lift or at least, some fillers. I feel like just some little tweaks, still too expensive for me, could make me look 10+ years younger. That sucks, when you are poor! I think a little tweaks, here and there, with nothing too much or too obvious, is kind of way to go. And of course, regular exercise, skin care, good sleep and eating well as you can.
while i dont agree with botox, i like that you kept a natural look and i can understand the frown line definitely. my favorite method is using home devices that have RF, EMS and suction, as well as microdermabrasion technologies and they did wonders to me. i strongly recommend them!
I am so glad you made this video. I was truthfully thinking about how I might like to go for a consultation. This was such a helpful video. For some reason the people I know that get Botox but no one really shares much. My face & body skin are pretty great for almost 57 but I'm curious & it would be interesting to hear what they say. I am Irish and Polish American & very fair, always sunscreen, always umbrellas on the beach. So it's been great through the 40s & early 50s but now I'm seeing things so just wanna see what's said. Great video!
what do you think of obagi nuderm does it make your skin more thin? or does it really help increase collagen? I'm scared of any chemicals on my skin and I have not gotten any fillers.
Btw what kind of filler did you get in your cheeks? Was it Bellafil, because that last for 5 years. I’ve been using filler and it dissolves quickly, 6 months. Just curious.
What do you think about the very expensive Croton Oil peel? What I DO like about the thought of doing it, is it removes all abnormal cells that could morph into cancers from old sun damage. I've had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my cheek and it was AWFUL. The thought of having no worries about future teensie tiny spots becoming cancer makes me think this peel would be awesome. It's a very heavy duty peel done by my dermatologist.
Tracy, thank you for your honesty on this video... i have a question regarding botox... have you noticed if in between your treatments, your wrinkles get worse/deeper over time?
No they dont. I do botox in my frow lines every 5months mostly for tension headaches and never noticed anything would be getting worst. I would say in long term it gets better
@wendybotarde8633 oh that's great. Thank you for your response :) I think I'll need some soon for my neck, due to many years of cortisone use for eczema, I have many vertical lines that are getting worse with age.
A hand tip! While you are deciding what to do with your hands, try castor oil on your hands every night and put some cotton gloves over them while you sleep! You will see a big difference! I also use castor oil on my neck and chest:). I'm 52, btw, so I feel your pain about the hands!
Thanks for this video. I want t now get neck botox! i would like to request a video on your typical diet or some tips on snacking. It is my downfall at night getting the munchies. Ugh! Thanks agin for this helpful transparent video.
About 1.5 years ago I had a BBL and Halo in the same visit and wow. Non-invasive laser work that reverses sun damage and I cannot recommend it more. I did it again a few months ago. Wow. So worth it. The BBL is something I may not have to do again. The Halo should be done twice a year.
You are so beautiful, just started following you! Love this video - I am in my later 40s and so blessed to have the great genetics and skinny fit face...lol Would love to know how much botox do you use on your neck- I love the tox and have been getting my face done a couple times a year since I was mid 30s
Dear Tracy...did you get an eyebrow lift with injection at the end and under the eyebrow? Got it and have a light eyelid ptosis now.....iopidine drops help several hours
Hollow temples you get also from botox around the eyes. I’ve learned that in my own experience unfortunately. I noticed hollows one month after my first botox. I was also loosing my weight at the same time so I blamed that and aging. But no, I suspected botox! And there is some evidence on the internet. I looked at other women, even skinnier than me, but they didn’t have such hollows/dents! I looked like I had craters! I had botox for two years. Once I was out of it, temples started to improve. 4-5 months after last botox, temples became flat and not dent! I’m 52, not doing botox around the eyes ever again. First because it’s causing hollow temples and second because I didn’t like the “shelf” it created when smiling, it happened too many times, even though I asked the injector for this not to happen.
Did your eyebrows droop after Botox? How long did it take for them to go back to normal? mine have dropped and still haven’t returned to normal after 4 weeks
I have the single vertical line in between my brows that is also driving me crazy and I've been contemplating botox. Just curious how much do you typically spend?

Thank you Tracey I really appreciate you sharing your self-care processes with us, it’s really helpful 🙏🏻❤
And I’m loving the new direction of your channel! 😄👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️
I have heard that getting fillers in the hands is not easy to accomplish like it is on the face

Thank you for this! I especially appreciate the info about the neck Botox. I look forward to being able to afford to do it.

Thanks for sharing thiS! Please talk about your diet and skin care routine 💞💓
Love your honesty and your positivity!
Thank you! I appreciate your sweet comment ❤️
Something I like to do and find it helps a ton for my veiny, crepey hands is to put a retinol cream followed by Vaseline and some 100% cotton gloves over that at night. It really pumps them up a lot and decreases the visibility of the veins.
Oooh I need to try!
you look great! Im a few years older than you 52.just started using spf on chest, neck and hands about 2yrs ago, wish I started earlier! so important!!!!
Thank you for normalizing all of this! I love all your videos so far and you are definitely relatable! ❤
Thank you!
This was the most honest and candid video I’ve seen on “what I’ve had done.” I learned a lot about what is and is not possible. My dermatologist leans toward conservative treatment, which is good because it keeps me in the real world. Thank you very much for this informative video!
Thank you so much! 🙏
Loving your latest chatting videos!! Thanks so much for your realness Tracey!!! Yes please for a skincare update XX
Awww thank you ❤️✨
I live outside of San Francisco & came across your videos for the first time yesterday.
I loved your 5 make up tips. I've started doing the lip liner as you showed us, and it's awesome.
Yeah!!! So happy to hear it!
Love this-thanks for being so open! I struggle the most with my under eye wrinkles. Any suggestions for that area?!
You look amazing and ageless! Thank you for being so open and candid about your aesthetic journey:)
There’s SOOOO MANY factors. Every woman needs to assess either their Dr risk vs benefits as well as timing of HRT. Sending love 💕💕💕
I’ve heard this from a few women who have been on hrt not sure what causes it
I had cancer, please stay away from hormones. Not worth the benefit from vanity.
Wow!! That's what I fear about HRT. I'm 41 and most likely in perimenopause. I'd like to find natural solution before I head down the road of HRT. I k own they are out there. How are you doing now?
@@candice44441I think it's the estrogen.

I just ordered a micro needling pen. Hope it helps my complexion. Heard it will.

@@stephaniec7425 my SIL gets Botox and now her face looks weird and shiny.
Tracy you look amazing. Thank you for this honest video.
You Look Great def. My line. Thanks for bringing out so much valuable content
Love honesty 👍
I got Botox about 5 or 6 times in total (I’m 42). Although I don’t get it anymore I would definitely get it again especially for a special occasion, I love the results. Baby botox looks very natural and it’s cheaper.
I mostly stopped because of cost and because of muscle atrophy.
What happened with your muscle atrophy?
Yes, and muscle atrophy can contribute to volume loss.
41 here too and noticed recently my hands look super dry and wrinkled, so I’m working on this too!

Love this. New follower here! Interested in temple fillers. I heard you need so much to fill that. How many times have you had it? Thank you!!❤
💕I've not ever had Botox, but, I've heard and read that it's a procedure that must be maintained or else after it wears off the patient will end up looking worse off...
You definitely win as far as aging lucky girl💕💕💕
I love Botox too. As for facials, PRP (vampire facial) is truly amazing, and not too painful with a numbing cream. Radiofrequency and micro-needling also make a big difference. Skin boosters are great too, I've done them around my eyes.
I’m 49 and never had facial. I take good care of my face and use good quality products.
Me too and my skin is flawless, I’m 50 everyone even younger women in their 30s think I’m 30… the key is diet exercise herbs and GOOD GENES..People are going to learn the hard way cosmetic plastic surgery Botox fillers are all EXTREMELY TOXIC
I’m 56 and never has Botox, fillers or anything. I’m pretty happy with my skin and how I look.
You look beautiful and natural! I do the same and feel great! Can you do a video on your hair color pretty please!!!???❤ Happy Weekend!!!
... Fillers can stay there over the decade... they don't dissolve as quickly as people initially thought...
Yes, I tried lip filler and I just wanted my lip lines to decrease and so pissed. My family was so pissed because my lips looks terrible never again.
I've had it done twice and both times lumps, Thankfully gone down after a year but still can see migration top lip.
Great q! It’s just a vibrating tool to sort of distract you from the pain. It didn’t hurt that much though
thanks @@TracyCampoli
Ty for being honest. Too many women compare themselves and knowing some get fillers etc takes the pressure off. Im way easier on myself knowing all this now. I wish i could afford fillers id do thrm for sure but will have to use my lifestyle and creams etc
Tracy, what type of fillers did you have injected in temples and cheeks? I know many derms now recommend Sculptra for those areas vs HA fillers. Just wondering.
I don’t know! Sorry
You can still run a little but I love TBT my fitness membership the most!
I’ve had Xeomin on my forehead and I love it. I had Juvederm ultra for my marionette lines.
New to your channel and love it! Love your honesty! ❤
Thanks for subbing!💕❤️💕
while i dont agree with botox, i like that you kept a natural look and i can understand the frown line definitely. my favorite method is using home devices that have RF, EMS and suction, as well as microdermabrasion technologies and they did wonders to me. i strongly recommend them!
hey! Can i ask how often you did these light chemical peels (monthly maybe?) and did you do micro-needling at all? How about retinol?
No micro needling and I haven’t had a peel in 15 years
Thank you for sharing this! 😊
Love the colour paint on your walls ? Looks lovely
what do you think of obagi nuderm does it make your skin more thin? or does it really help increase collagen? I'm scared of any chemicals on my skin and I have not gotten any fillers.
What skincare products do you use?
I had filler in earlobes, so good! Lasted about 2 yrs.
I've never heard of that, what does that do for the face?
Thank you Tracy for the nice video. What about under eye fillers? Any experience?
You're beautiful & you look fabulous ❤
Thanks for sharing your experience and life 💞
Thanks for watching!
Btw what kind of filler did you get in your cheeks? Was it Bellafil, because that last for 5 years. I’ve been using filler and it dissolves quickly, 6 months. Just curious.
It wasn’t but idk what it was called as it’s been years
What do you think about the very expensive Croton Oil peel? What I DO like about the thought of doing it, is it removes all abnormal cells that could morph into cancers from old sun damage. I've had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my cheek and it was AWFUL. The thought of having no worries about future teensie tiny spots becoming cancer makes me think this peel would be awesome. It's a very heavy duty peel done by my dermatologist.
Ooh I don’t know of it!
Thank you for your response :)
I think I'll need some soon for my neck, due to many years of cortisone use for eczema, I have many vertical lines that are getting worse with age.
A hand tip! While you are deciding what to do with your hands, try castor oil on your hands every night and put some cotton gloves over them while you sleep! You will see a big difference! I also use castor oil on my neck and chest:). I'm 52, btw, so I feel your pain about the hands!

Awesome to know about Halo!
You are so beautiful, just started following you! Love this video - I am in my later 40s and so blessed to have the great genetics and skinny fit face...lol Would love to know how much botox do you use on your neck- I love the tox and have been getting my face done a couple times a year since I was mid 30s
Hehehe thank you! I’m not sure I don’t really pay by quantity, so I’m not certain
Thank you! I swear this happened to me too: I got hollow under the eyes. Not terribly, but enough for me to notice!
It must be the muscle atrophy.
😢
Did your eyebrows droop after Botox? How long did it take for them to go back to normal? mine have dropped and still haven’t returned to normal after 4 weeks
No luckily mine haven’t. I have had that before and I make sure my injector knows I hate a dropped brow!
I have the single vertical line in between my brows that is also driving me crazy and I've been contemplating botox. Just curious how much do you typically spend?
It totally depends. I don’t go to a place that charges per unit so it’s hard to say.
