Two Stage PP PE Plastic Hard Flakes Granulating Line is new designed plastic regranulation pelletizing system, it is suitable for processing many kinds of hard plastic waste materials recycling and making new pellets, such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, PS, EPS etc. The crushed rigid flakes feeding by conveyor to screw automatically, the special designed screw will max and extrusion the material to get best air degassing and melting.The ending granules will be strong and uniform without wet.

Description:
This RHSJ series hard plastic pelletizing line is especially suitable for the raw material which is hard flakes.
The first stage extruder adopts exhaust type design with long L/D screw, which can effectively degassing to remove the moisture and contaminations; The second extruder adopts shorter L/D screw, deep plasticizing the material and filter contaminations in order to get a best extrusion performance.
Process flow:
Screw conveyor ( OPTIONAL)→ Ration feeder→ Single screw extruder →Hydraulic filer exchanger→ Second screw extruder→ Die mould head →water cooling tank →Plastic granules cutter→ Granules packing.
Detailed description:
1. Screw Conveyor: to send flakes into the top ration feeder automatic.
2. Ration feeder: to feed the HDPE PP flakes to the extruder.
3. Single screw extruder: fully plasticizing material and exhausting waste gas.
4. Screen exchanging system and Die-head: to filter impurity, to make best quality pellets.
5. Water tank: cooling the material.
6. Plastic standard cutter: noodles type granules cutter.
