Let's start with the first shop at Sun Hing Chang ( Sun Hing Jan - 新興棧食家 ), a popular restaurant among Hong Kong people.
Open every day from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. It's a local shop. Most of the customers are people in the area. No English menu
- Fish Congee (60HKD) The fish is thinly sliced with little bones. Give a lot of fish meat. Smooth porridge texture, a little clear, but mellow sweet taste. Similar to fish porridge, But the rice is smoother
- Hong Kong Beef Congee (60HKD) Lots of meat as well. This restaurant's meat will have a bouncy texture. Beef line must try.
- Fried noodles (30 HKD) Delicious fried noodles. But without meat, you can eat and enjoy
- Patongo (11 HKD), I recommend dipping it with porridge, delicious.
Continue with dessert: Kai Kai Dessert, Bua Loi in Ginger Sauce, and Black Sesame Soymilk.

- Black Seasame (add-on dumpling) 27+8 = 35HKD. The thickness is just proper Black sesame filling that is a little sweet, spills out, and meets very well.
- Bua Loy in Ginger Juice 26HKD This one is perfectly delicious. Bua Loy, chewy flour filled with fragrant and sweet black sesame seeds contrasted with slightly spicy ginger juice, is delicious.
- Sweet steamed egg 28HKD. I'm not used to this one. But they are made well

- Original 20HKD. The dough is crispy. Chewy inside, lightly sweet taste, enjoying eating.
- Earl Gray Chocolate Chip 36HKD This one smells of Earl Gray. And the sweetness from the chocolate chips. This one will be a little sweeter.

This shop is a skewers hunting dog similar to Thailand. There are a variety of items to choose from. Use good quality Everything is big, so I would say it's very delicious. Is definitely going to eat again. Some things will be fried first. Then continue to grill.

- Scrambled Egg Sandwich with Spam (28HKD) This is very good. Worth the order. The scrambled eggs are well made, really good. The cooked scrambled eggs are delicious yet juicy, not too dry, soft, and tender. Went for spam fries that were thinly breaded. It has a crispy cut, very delicious.
- Taro Sandwich with Shredded Pork (33HKD) This is good taro. Sweet taro The texture is very smooth. There is flossy pork to braise the sweetness. And increase the fragrance dimension
