The capacitor is usually above and behind the control panel of most over-the-range microwaves. You will need to take off the screws holding the main body housing to see the components. As they mention, be careful there are delicate components and high voltage potential.

I'm confused do I need to test both capacitance and ohms... or capacitance is enough to know if capacitor good or bad.

Does the capacitor have polarity
It is an ac capacitor and has no poles
My capacitor was 0.75uf +-3%, but the test reads 0.91uf. Does this capacitor need to be replaced?
