But certainly moves like Spore, Poison Powder maybe. Charmander also maybe could if it formed a collaborative relationship with a plant for protection. There is other creatures that can produce a slight electric charge like the Platypus and Echidna.
I actually looked into the electric senses in monotremes when working on the script, but they detect electric signals, they don't produce it.
Charmander is based on the idea that salamanders are born from fire. Mostly started when people built fires with wood, where a salamander happened to be resting and the salamander surround out of the fire, giving the idea that it was born from the fire
Pokémon are fictional, [mostly-]adorable creatures...
They forgot that not Pokémon are adorable and swiftly edited the subs.
Bulbasaur and the bulb have a symbiotic relationship

Eevee: Am I a joke to you? ;-;
Macargo are one of those Pokémon that nobody asked for yet nobody wants to encounter
This feels like the script was written by an AI, just how there's so much regurgitating information
There's that fish in the amazon that shoots insects out of trees by shooting water from its mouth at them, I think they're called archer fish, so water gun is totally possible
Symbiotic relationship with plants could make Bulbasaur maybe viable in real life. Several species of frogs have parasites that make them grow extra limbs. Imagine a parasitic plant, and evolves along with the frog, produces a flower that then feeds the frog during droughts. The vine whips, yeah, less so. But certainly moves like Spore, Poison Powder maybe.
Charmander also maybe could if it formed a collaborative relationship with a plant for protection. The plant would allow Charmander to eat some of its leaves or whatever, which has a combustable enzyme, that the lizard keeps separate. And then bam when it is ready it ignites.
The archerfish spits water like a squirtle! It's super plausible
