Beautiful home on a postage sized lot. You really need to love your neighbors if you buy this house.
As the home is in an urban area, land is very expensive. For larger lots, one must move slightly outside the city or pay several million $$$ to live large inside the city's area.

Man are those houses ever jammed in there - ridiculous...
They kept saying "rich color palette" like it was a bad thing...those colors were generally very muted and just warm & lovely. (The pink stripe in the purple bedroom was the exception!)

Gorgeous home, but would have loved to see that basement. In addition, I didn't really like the 3 bedrooms different settings. Wanted it to be more cohesive and similar.

This is inside the city's limits. Large lots in the city in Ontario Canada sell for several million dollars. Outside the city a bit less.

What country is this home in? I have never seen expensive homes so close to each other! Even with fences, trees, etc. there still is no total privacy. Who would want to live on top of the neighbors? Sorry. Not for me! 🇺🇸
