Wow, what a great story! Jermain is someone I would like to have work in my company too. Good for everyone and the blessings this will provide to his son too.
Wow Respect to the lucky strike ceo this is how you should treat a valued employee and retaining him for years to come...Jermaine Salute sir what a great outlook on life and having that step up and take on the responsibility maturity we wish more adults had.
He was actually fired 2 weeks later
@@SD-lt2qu ,
Ohh my goodness ,
That break's my heart that he was fired.
Such a shame.😭😭
@@SD-lt2qu Wait is that true?
I'm in tears, there's hope for humanity, what a wonderful example ❤️
I love this boss and worker!!! Would love to work for people like this!!!
Nice guy, he deserves this. Best wishes to him and his family.
Tears for me, just tears, I'm incredibly happy for this guy.
Jermaine you are deserving of the opportunity given to you. prayers for your family 🙏
If they would shoot these episodes with hidden cameras, I think it would make it harder for the employees to know they were on a show. But I still love this series.
Undercover bosses thank you for what you do for your staff.Let that be a lesson for ather bosses.👍👊❤️
What did amazing wonderful reality came here. We need more of this and less hate and division. Thank you for helping your employee and teach family and giving him a further opportunity.❤
well done this should happen every where thoughtfull and the honest always get on with things no matter what
Such a sweet employee and has the fortune of having a great boss❤
Moral of the story, pay your employees better
Unfortunately with a lot of companies it's a race to the bottom in the pursuit of profit over everything else.
Absolutely beautiful.
These really cheer me up
You know he saw the cameras and finessed the shit out of that guy.
God your light continues to shine!!!
This is beautiful
How awesome is this?! Wow!
This is the best video on TH-cam
Wonderful story...
I'd like to see some updates to see if the individuals have been able to flourish with new roles or responsibilitie that have come from these encounters.
Undercover bosses thank😮 0:40 0:40
Dude reminds me of Denzel. ❤️
Lmao you’re blind
You find the greatest way to prove just how much The Lord is in all of our life! Thank you!!!
What utter nonsense.
Really made a thug cry out here 🥺🥺
Are they helping .. or are they forgiving themselves?
It doesn't matter. As long as they're (the boss) learning AND helping.
Managers would find more gems like this in all walks of life if they would just open their freakin eyes.
Any word on how this developed. Is lucky strikes still around? Did they use this basketball American's besides? Did the gem owner really follow through with his promises?
He looks like Mbappe the PSG FC player
What are the chances of seeing Bezos or Musk on Undercover boss? 😄🤣🤣
I feel like they were both fake-crying at the end.
Boss could have do ne way more. I'm not sure why Boss wasted his time and didn't address immediate issues. Shame on him
This is lame and stupid. With all the cameras and crew everywhere and the popularity of this show the workers already know that they’re on Undercover Boss.
Did they personally tell you?
Honestly agree. They are filming them as they speak about major issues. Very obvious
I believe the first few seasons were filmed before it originally aired so the cover worked perfectly then after u can tell they know they are on undercover boss. (Some of them)
1 Great Story …… 2 Great Men right there 👍
SPEECHLESS!!! ❤❤❤
"for those of you, who do these things, for the least of my brothers, you do it for me.....Jesus Christ"
These people already know this guy is the CEO that's why he told that story and I bet he don't have a blind son. He just wants the money for himself that's how those kind of people work.
Absolutely, this guy is smart and really charmed the egotistic CEO lol
"those kind"?
@@memyself3579 don't make ant hill into a mountain. You know full well the original commenter is referring to the employees in every episode with their sob stories for their CEOs. Why you gotta try and make this a racial thing? Pathetic.
I am sure you are not hypocritical. Therefore I would expect your family, your friends and in fact no-one to accept you for what you are. If you live your life not trusting anyone, you will reap what you sow.
@@numblinkart #1 I care ZERO what you say or think, I do as I please.
#2 YOU are the one bringing race into the convo.
