    This helped me get to sleep last night. I quit smoking the green stuff Thursday and it's usually hell for the first few days trying to sleep. I played this once Friday night and was knocked out for 12 hours. Thank you so much Susan!!

    Thanks for this! Hoping it works in the reverse for me! I’ve been sleeping so much and having trouble motivating myself to wake up. I miss the days when I only needed a few hours sleep! I was much more connected and accomplished when I wasn’t sleeping all the time!

    If I suffer from serious chronic insomnia, should this be listened only at the evening prior going to bed, or can be viewed any time a day?

    Can someone please explain how this works if she really is not doing this every time someone clicks on the video. It’s all
    Pre recorded right so don’t understand and if the music is not part of it why have it?? Just confused

    It'd be great without the chirping (every 2 seconds) and the squeeky seagulls. They are "distracting"🏖😐

      You can mute it since the healing is separate from the music. The background music is personal preference.
