Sir im person from odisha , completed 1-10th schooling in odisha and 3 years of diploma completed by 2023 without gap. Here my question is higher officials are not accepting my certificates and says im non local. Asking my studies should be done in telengana of 7 years.

సార్ మా పాప 1 నుండి 10వ తరగతి వరకు తెలంగాణ లో చదివింది. ఇంటర్మీడియట్ విజయవాడ (AP) లో (2021-2023 )చదివింది. మేము పూర్తిగా తెలంగాణకు చెందిన వాళ్ళమే. మీరు చెప్పినదాని ప్రకారం మాకు తెలంగాణ లోకల్ వస్తుంది. కానీ నా సందేహం ఏంటంటే మాది ST కమ్యూనిటీ. మాకు category రిజర్వేషన్ తెలంగాణ లో వర్తిస్తుందా లేదా ? ఎందుకంటే AP లో ఇంటర్మీడియట్ చదవడం వల్ల NEET -2023 కౌన్సిలింగ్ లో మా category ర్యాంక్ కి ఏమైనా TS లో ఇబ్బంది ఉంటుందా...?
