4Minute was the first ever K-Pop group I got into, so any song of them is such nostalgia to me. But so are many groups here like 2NE1, BIGBANG, TVXQ, Super Junior, Block B et cetera
This is the video I did not know I needed! I only got into K-pop 11.375 months ago but I find 2nd gen the most kpop-y by far. Maybe the growing global popularity is making esp 4th and 5th gen more global/less kpop-y. It’s like 2nd gen was just being itself and because they didn’t care/need to care what international markets might think could be however they wanted. And they did it to the max! I have heard of most of these groups but I only recognized a few of these debut songs! I can’t decide whether my favourite 2nd gen song is “Abracadabra“ by BEG or “ I am the best“ by 2NE1. I think g-idle took a lot of inspiration from that for “super lady”! Thank you for the video!! 🙏😍💟💜🔥
The gossip girl and no playboy brain washing that happened made me uncontrollably angry. Nobody likes fun apparently. It’s also kinda wild I only knew like 5 of the boy group debuts but I knew like 80% of the girl group ones and I literally started listening to kpop in 2010
So many people talking about Into The New World being "low" but most of you haven't even heard half of the songs in the list, you just go with that one because is the one that everyone praises and probably the only that you know
