Hello clear English Corner, first of all I would to congratulate you for the lesson because a lot of people mispronounced the ED ending. Here is a few tips which might be helpful.
As you said before, the _ed ending it has the sounds. Id, _t, _d
    It has the sound _T after ch, sh, gh, as, x, z, k, p for examples: ch(watched), sh(washed), k(looked) p(stopped), x(fixed), ss(guessed, gh(laughed)
    It has the sound of _D after n, r, s, l, w, y. Examples: N(learned), V(loved), L(controlled), Y(played), R(prayed), S(closed), W( followed).
And finally the sound of "id" after t and d like in sounded, wanted, decided, needed, acted and so on. As you we all have our how way to explain something. So I hope you don't mind.

Your videos are immensely helpful and you are awesome at explaining things! Do you believe a non-native speaker of English can master the American pronunciation? I am Greek, I've been learning the English language for over 30 years, but pronunciation is a real challenge for me. I've got most of the sounds down, but some of them are just impossible to nail, especially when they appear in the same word. If you want to see me suffer, just ask me to say 'rural' and 'little' 😆 Thank you for all your help! Maybe one day I can sound just like you! I'll keep working on it 😁
