😃 I have free printables (which you can edit) here dianedenmark.com/printables This video is a round-up of Week 3 of my February Daily Declutter Challenge! Did you try it? What can YOU declutter today? Go find ONE item!
This is our first week of warm weather (without tornados or hail storms, etc.) In Chicago. That means it is Automobile Spring Clean and Declutter. For the first time, I am using the Flylady approach of doing a little every day. Today, I am decluttering only the trunk (boot) and making a trip to donate so I can follow through on several days of inside decluttering. By the end of the week, the whole car will be done. RAH, RAH, RAH! BTW, thank you, Diane, for multiple daily inspirations. Watching your videos is like reprogramming my mind first, then forming new habits and a new normal. Go you! 🚗⛽🚙😎🧹🧺🛒🧯✂️🛠🪑🪣💦💦💦💦🌻🌷👍👍👍
Hi, Diane, you’re really consequent if things don’t work for you… it’s such a good thought that it might be the right one one for others, no waste… your clothes swap bag is never empty, I suppose. Thank you for another patchwork video, showing how you go from area to area in a relaxed way. Love, Monika❣
Easter Sunday: This week decluttered three pairs of son’s jeans and holey socks. Empties from meds , garage, and bath. Digging up some winter losses in-the garden. We had forty below wind chill here this past winter.
Putting your tablecloths on a roll instead of folding them! How did I miss this tip before? Especially the waxed or plastic ones that end up with permanent creases. But even cloth ones, would save some ironing. Thanks for reposting these as a week by week video. Gives me umph.
@@DianeinDenmark I’m 41. My Dad was deeply fascinated with computers. I can hear the noise the printer would make now. Haha! It was such fun tearing the perforated edges.
Greetings, Diane! I’m enjoying your compilations as they remind me how much you’ve let go since February 1, and how much I have let go since joining the challenge then, both in my primary residence and second home. Yesterday I delivered a gift that has been sitting since before Covid and will drop off another one tomorrow. Yesterday I also gave a set of chopstick rests to a neighbor and started piling up items for a 3rd caddy-full of donations to be pulled to a charity shop later this week. Two brand-new-in-package hot water bottles, a dozen or so never-used woven coasters, a “twin set” sweater set and a blouse joined the pile. This morning I culled about 8 old toothbrushes saved for cleaning, and I still have a few more. I KNOW I won’t have that amount of energy anytime soon for such detailed cleaning! Thank you, Diane. Cheers to all!
I am decluttering my linen closet and reducing the number of towels, pillow cases and placemats…. and loving the feeling of fewer items. Thank you for your encouraging words.🎉
Went through the Easter decorations and got rid oa few things the help fill a bag of things I've decluttered. Dropped the bag off at the charity shop today. Still have a bag of items to be donated to my church next month for the young people's garage sale.
Nothing today - travelled back from my Easter celebration out of state. Did make arrangement to sell an item I’ve had up on FB marketplace for several weeks so very thrilled (though not at the price but need to move it out of here). Pickup on Weds.
Happy Easter Diane! This is motivating. Are you still going to do a goal series or did I miss it? I’m wondering how to regroup when I keep missing my goal deadlines in several important areas?
When you were showing your clothes the mink multi blouse. Was pretty but I think if you wear that from the waste upwards you will look like you have chicken pox especially from a distance you will look as though you are stripped to the waist 😢 before anyone jumps on me I love Diane and 99.9% of the things she wears xx
Just some feedback Diane, I have been watching your channel for a while and have always enjoyed them. I saw all these in February, enjoyed them then but don't want to watch them again. Your channel has changed much more about subscribing and liking and using key words for the TH-cam algorithm. Would be great if you went back to the type of videos you used to produce.
Her videos take lots of time and energy and we are lucky she continues to do them for us for free. In my opinion, she should Open a paid version of her channel -I’d gladly pay for a subscription to her channel. Subscribing and liking are simple things we can do for her to support her and help her channel so she continues on making new content FOR FREE. Do you realize you are basically saying “i don’t want to give you support nor do I want you asking others for support but please keep making feee videos that take your time and energy for me”🙄
She had a lot of people request that she condense the videos like this. And she only mentions subscribing because her son said she should, I don’t think her videos have changed much at all. They are still wonderful as ever.

I'm cooking dinner and enjoying listening to your videos.
I'm 39, and I remember saving school work on a floppy disk in junior high (late 90s). ☺️

Rah, rah, rah, to you indeed, Eileen!
I am replacing some old clothes now, things I wear very often. I have been doing a one new in and one old out.

Thank you, Green Greek!

Loved this style of video and seeing what you have decluttered and your reasons ❤ hope you had a wonderful Easter
We did, thank you, Suzanne - always lovely to see you!
I remember those and the floppy disks! Our first computer was one with a black screen and green type.😂 That was the mid to late 80’s.😳😂
Ha ha, Mary - we must be the same age!

Oh, brilliant, that was a great decluttering haul! Go you!!!
Your videos have become so much better lately. For a while they were so so short.
Did all the dusting 🍓

I take it you're a Star Trek fan. Always believed in the one in one out system too.
I have so many floppy discs i dont know what to do with.
Was your phone taking a photo or three around 21:00?
Just heard odd clicking.
Please help me! I’m physically unable to get rid of empty spray bottles! I keep them “just in case”. What can I do? 😅
I'm confused. Why are we back in February?
A round-up for those that missed the daily videos...it's always a good time to declutter! 😀

Ha ha, no problem, Tracy! The pinky peach blouse was eventually decluttered (see next week's video)!
