Our labourer keeps on putting the muck board one block high on runs and it is doing my head in! im only 23 and its killing my back bending down so much! Im going to weld up some metal muck stands/scaffold hangers this weekend and bring them in...

Just 4-1 sand and cement buddy. Mick joints it with bit of plastering sand added. Sometimes it's sharp sand. Just depends on what finish is needed. Take care mate, glenn
