‼It popped out that the damage of Snowman, Dagger was increased by Tunic, and Christmas Bell Skill is not increasing such skills damage. I'm really sorry for misleading you here, I completely forgot about Tunic. Big thanks to @rakawibawap that said about Tunic.

I think the damage of dagger and snowman increase every round isnt because of the bell, but because you are wearing tunic armor
