  • Fast-track your Virtual Agent development by activating Now Assist topics and using a large language model, or LLM, as your topic model. By using a large language model rather than Natural Language Understanding, or NLU, you may improve deflection rates and reduce the development time that NLU topic discovery requires in Virtual Agent. You can also set the tone of conversations, and craft dynamic, fluid conversations rather than the static, robotic ones usually associated with NLU-based systems.
