@@carolesmith2619 it's also green horseradish in Japan if you go to conveyor belt sushi or get wasabi in tubes/packets. It has to be local restaurants or high end places that grind the wasabi in front of you.
Im from norway and we have like the best salmon in the world, the japanese even import use it on their own sushi, so the sushi (especially nigiri and other salmon stuff) here is insanly good! Probably not as good as japanese tho

Uni (sea urchins) are so hard to find in stores here. I'm scared to order it because I'm not comfortable trying to open one. If shipped frozen, I'm not sure if the defrosting process with alter the taste or texture
I tried uni for the first time at a sushi place. I wanted to try it cause I always see you eat it. It wasn’t my favorite but it was fun to try something new
