I am 32 years old and will be voting for the first time in my life this election. I haven't ever cared much for politics, kinda staying in the background listening to everyone fight and argue. I want a president i can believe in and that will stand up for what is right. Trump wasn't a bad president, but in my opinion very rash and made me nervous with his use of words. But after seeing him raise up from the stage after almost meeting God and pumping his fists at the crowd was an extremely inspiring moment for me. I could see the great leadership and bravery all over his face. It gave me chills. I could not believe what I was watching...this rich man should have dirty britches. But instead they had to drag him away. Then after finding out about his vice president ❤ J D I am so proud! I know its the least important but he is a millennial like me. And also we have lived very similar lives growing up so I feel a huge connection. I really feel like he is going to bring so many new Trump votes from millennials like me that normally stay to the background and never vote.

Maybe you may not like everything he says and how he says it going forward. But, no one is perfect. I personally like him. I’ve had the chance to fortunately meet him. He is a man of his word and he’s done or tried to do everything he’s promised he would do. He’s fought tirelessly for nearly a decade. He loves us all and this country so much. I was the same as you. I was in my 30s when Trump had announced his first campaign. I never thought I was mature enough to fully grasp if I was republican or democrat and what would be good for America. I made the decision to start paying attention. Took the online quizzes to see which way I lean. They all said republican but yet I was still undecided. For some reason when Hillary uttered the word deplorable, the scales tipped for me and I'm glad I never looked back.

I’m an average American, veteran, and i was finally able to get good healthcare, Veterans benefits, etc when Trump was POTUS. Then six months after Biden was in charge…I lost about 40% of my monthly income. I haven’t recovered yet. I downsized from a 4 bdrm home to an apartment. I'm a black woman and I've been a registered Republican since I unfortunately voted for Obama in 2008, my first time voting bc everyone told me I had to. I immediately regretted it. Vance has the core values that I believe in. That’s all that matters to me. He’s also very intelligent, he’s a family man, came from poverty and PROVED that the American DREAM is achievable and he has a STRONG Belief in GOD and his Faith. He undoubtedly has youth on his side, but a lot of wisdom packed into his years, with service to his Country, Community, Family and God. He’s EVERYTHING that I could have possibly hoped for in a Vice President, possibly future President in 2028. Many of us come from poor blue collar backgrounds and states, and a man like that is appealing. I LOVE Donald Trump, and I was hoping that he would pick a running mate that shared our core values!!

As a child of domestic violence divorce and low income, I support JD Vance. I moved 11 times before High School. My early adulthood followed the same path. We need someone that can focus government on social issues to raise people up not hold them down. Throwing money at people hoping they change hasn’t worked for generations. Money going to the federal government having local small communities hasn’t worked. Money need to stay where it’s needed. Keep it at state and local level government.

However, Ramaswamy is a class act all the way & it's no surprise he'd be a very gracious & complimentary speaker about Trump's selection. This speaks to Vivek's character more than anything. I've done extensive research btw.

As a US Navy sailor who works with and around Marines I absolutely love seeing him as the VP pick. We need more enlisted military members going into office to help fix the problems we have in the military. Especially when the highest rank he reached was Corporal. He probably experienced a lot of the issues we have.
I'm not American but I think USA is in good hands if you'll have this man as VP. He has a clear vision based from this interview and he seems relatable and level headed.

Vance said the same thing. I still don’t agree with everything Trump believes/does but he is definitely better than what we’ve dealt with the last 3 1/2 years.

Now we need him more than ever. I went out and voted for the very first time in the 2020 election because I actually paid attention to the direction our country was headed in. He’s the first president in my 35 years on this planet who actually cares more about the American people rather than crooked political agendas and I will be voting for Trump again this year, we definitely need him back. I trust a guy like JD Vance. He absolutely got to where he is only from his hard work, determination and personal goals. He is living the American Dream... you can be what you want in this country if you really want it. He didn't get here from just being in politics his whole life working for the government and then get handed VP; he came from the absolute bottom rung of society and excelled. No one can take credit but him.
I totally agree. At the same time, I know a lot of people who have worked their asses off their whole lives and still struggle. Maybe they aren't as intelligent or well spoken or attractive. Those things also help with opportunities . I just think that anyone who works hard should be able to live the American Dream of home ownership, vacation once a year, and being able to retire in dignity.
