I implemented a weekly review for work and it helps soooo much with catching all loose ends before it‘s too late! One thing I added to the routine is a brain dump with a very specific „Trigger List“. I feel so good afterwards because i know everything‘s out of my Head and in my System. For my personal life I‘m still not sure if I want and even need to implement it. I seem to have a pretty simple Life 😄 I loved how you Listed out all the possible inboxes!

Very nice. Not sure if you have tried it but Microsoft To Do or other free apps are really simple and neat at creating this kind of review and when you tick the task complete it also makes a loud and satisfying ping sound which I find is pretty motivating ;)
