The song has been on repeat since I first heard it today. And I can’t help tears coming all the time. It’s so beautiful and it IS Tommy. What a joy to find one’s way in so early years and then follow it! I understand Tommy’s choice of song on his dad’s birthday because I think he has had much to do with Tommy’s musical journey. This was beautiful in all the "Usual" Tommy ways, but was EXTRA beautiful emotionally! This was the first time hearing it apart from the premier which is at 4:00am my time and I was in a sleep haze. It hits so hard fully awake! Love the retrospective! ❤
