All iPhones models come in 2 sizes. Get an iPhone mini. Will fit great in your car. Also fits better in the back pocket of your jeans! Congrats on your owning your dream car.
I had a 17 SS1LE and I never had visibility issues. The minor thing I dislike about the car was the trunk opening. There should have been a little more with to the opening so that you could actually put items in the trunk a little easier. I would put my phone in one of my cupholders. One thing I really miss about the car was the ability to walk away and have it locked automatically. I dont know what other car manufactures do that but it was one of the things I liked about the most. Especially when you hands are full and you don't feel like reaching in your pocket to lock the door.
Roto Fab CAI and you will hear the whine, especially at higher rpms. I have my Redline mounted lower on the windshield and remote wired. No problem with 360 detection, but maybe because it is newer? Have had my ZL1 Rapid Blue since April, love it.
Felt the same way about the rear view mirror/camera. I thought it was really messing with my eyes and didn’t like it. Well fast forward a couple of year I use it everyday now haha. Great video!!

I have a 21 ZL1. I have the same (first world problems) I did find if I angled the mirror down so it's looking at the back seat it eliminates all reflection. As for my supercharger wine, I have a rotofab cold air. I can usually get a nice whine at about 3k rpm. Great video keep up the great work.
I have a 22 2ss and just ordered my rapid blue zl1 after they announced camaros about to be discontinued. I can’t wait to get it. I love my ss its a fun car im excited to see what the zl1 has for me 😈
I have a 2018 Camaro SS. All points are valid. If you get a camaro and think you're going to get good visibility, then you should've considered that before buying because the visibility is one of the worst out there. That said, here are my biggest complaints as a daily driver: 1. When you pull up to stop lights, because of the slant of the windshield you sometimes can't see it and have to lean forward. I know this is visibility but still wasn't expecting this bad of a problem. Rear visibility and blind spots don't bother me because I knew what I was getting into. 2. You're right on the trunk opening, just terrible usability. 3. When you have the car on accessory, the battery savings kick in after 5 mins. So if you're playing music while the car is off you have like 5 mins to listen and then have to go back and turn it on accessory. Just annoying when washing the car. Other than that, greatest purchase ever. Might get a ZL1 one day. On a side note, I agree with the angle of the touchscreen. Literally have no issue with it and don't understand how people think it's an issue. And the battery charger is useless but doesn't bother me.
I just picked up a 2023 ZL1 on 2/3/23. What kind of radar detector do you have? If you adjust your mirrors properly and pay attention when driving visibilty isn't a problem for me. I would have preferred clear coated rims instead of the being grey. I also don't like the electric parking and I would prefer having a key instead of a "fob". Thank you for the video sir.
@@Ramatorix Thank you. I ordered the car on May 31st. The car was built the week of 1/9/23. It took 8 months but at least they delivered the car to Florida quickly. The dealer did forget to remove the spring blocks used for delivery. I am glad that I knew about that. I noticed yesterday there are no floor mat anchors on the passenger seat. I also went to remove the sun visors and put in a set that I had removed the air bag warnings. The sun visor power lead is glued to the headliner. At least it was on the passenger side.
Had mine since September of last year and absolutely love this car. I agree with some of these but overall they are not that bad. Visibility isn't great, but for what it is its very good. The rear view mirror is definitely trippy.

@user-qw2vu2xc2u i live in a state with front plates so used up the tow hook hole with a plate mount. I have seen a few dyno tests where a sc lid swap adds some hp so I think I might swap the lid instead of taking the sound reducer out of the stock one.
You lost me at the radar detector gripe. You don't need one. Normalizing speeding on public roads is not cool. It's not even Monster energy drink cool. You take your guns to the range, take your car to the track.
So I guess every vehicle on the road should be governed to whatever the posted speed limit is? You should probably immigrate to China or Russia where all of your Communist brothers and sisters are.
What pisses me off is the fact that weenies who can afford brand new Camaros can find shit to gripe about!! As far as visibility and the angle of the screen, your height makes a difference. If you’re short, it probably wouldn’t bother you as much.

Theres a sound plate on the bottom of your blower lid. take this off and you can hear the whine much better

Msrp on mine was 70k. It has the engine out of the c7 Z06 wich was a 100k car, so comparatively it is cheaper.
