Thanks for giving info about cheque bounce case NI Act 1881 section 138 madam can I get ur number same problem I m facing I m complainant of cheque bounce case from Goa state I have Declaration cum undertaking also notarized , 4 signed cheque he is given still he challenging in the court now my case status is Trial Evidence (2 time cross examination is taken me from accused lawyer).
