This channel had such an impact on my birth experiences. Every time I have a baby, I have a greater appreciation for the female body and the incredible things it can do.

This is crazy timing, I just gave 100% natural childbirth LAST NIGHT!!! IT WAS WILD!! A super transcendental experience though. Having a tooth pulled was way different. For getting my tooth pulled. I didn't have a Doula or my partner. It was just me the pain and the dentist.

FTM and due 1/26. Your videos have been so helpful. I am hoping to have an unmedicated, vaginal birth and I know I can. Thank you!

I have had only 1 unmedicated birth and it was my favorite out of all. I really love how powerful I felt as a woman. How amazing is it that we get to bring our babies into the world with so much power and love.

When I was pregnant with my first, I talked to my midwife about how when I stub my toe I'm loud so I knew I'd be loud in birth. She told me 1) being loud is okay! But 2) that it's not the same kind of feeling. Stubbing your toe isn't doing anything for you, but contractions are supposed to happen and bring you closer to your baby. I was amazed in labor with my first that even though it hurt sometimes, I didn't get any flight or fight responses and remained very peaceful throughout. It was because it felt like it was supposed to happen. Even when I was pushing I had the distinct thought that I was glad I didn't have an epidural. The thing that helped me the most mentally at that point was being able to move positions to better feel my baby coming down the birth canal. Birth is 95% mental in my opinion

I had my baby 3 weeks ago and I made it to 5cm then couldn’t take it anymore. I thought I was going to have a natural birth, but I’m okay with the fact that I got an epidural. It calmed me down and baby girl came in two pushes.

I’m so happy I found your videos! Getting ready to start fertility treatments and I know I don’t have a positive yet but I am very scared. Your videos are helping me feel better though!

Your channel has made such a positive impact on me this year. In October I gave birth to my daughter, and I was able to have a natural vaginal birth without an epidural. The experience was very empowering and I would definitely do it again. As this was my first pregnancy, I found your channel immensely helpful and soothing through my many questions and anxieties. Thank you for producing this content, sharing your own experiences, and reminding us women of the beautiful reality of the design of our amazing bodies! Merry Christmas to you and your family! ❤

41+2 and had prodromal labor all night. This is my 5th baby and I’ve had 2 home births but I’m so tired this time. I’m watching your videos, I know I can do this. I can’t wait to not be pregnant anymore. 😂 But especially I can’t wait to hold my baby girl.

FTM and I had an unmedicated hospital birth just 9 days ago!!! It was SO intense, the hardest thing I have ever done, but also SO empowering and raised my self-respect and admiration of how God made our bodies to a whole new level. Thankful for this channel for being part of my preparation for it... Because truly preparation is KEY. Can't believe I'm already saying this but I would definitely do it again. Maybe even a home birth next time... ❤️🙏

Have had 3 births all un medicated, last one was literally last month 🫶🏼 and labor and delivery is not as painful as i had heard before having children… again not as painful when u are able to place ur self in a peaceful place etc, contractions hurt a lot more when not breathing correctly etc. Have watched Bridget’s videos for all births
Most can birth naturally unmedicated but a lot of it is mentally being prepared u can do this

Came here to say: Ladies! You can do it!
If not able, it’s still ok.
What she’s saying is something that I experienced on both sides.
    I have 4 children:
1st: Epidural no pitocin - Good Exp. 9 hours
2nd: Spontaneous birth- no meds, scary at first but rewarding ❤ 1 hour labor from water breaking to baby.
3rd: Spontaneous birth-no meds, not bad at all 😊❤ 1 hour from water breaking
4th: Epidural + PITOCIN (notice the caps) worst experience of my life, still traumatized…never doing it again! I believe since I’ve experienced 2 natural births no meds the artificial oxytocin (pitocin ) made the contractions so bad that epidural helped a little but the strength of the contractions was not the best.
This is only my experience, most women says that their inducing was great.

That’s an insane argument actually, but the indoctrination about birth is so strong in the west. We should never drug ourselves or our babies in one of the most important experiences of our lives. Bringing a new soul into the world is a divine process that should not be disturbed by interventions of any kind. I’m free birthing my second, and wild pregnancy, has been amazing so far.

So true. I hate the negativity I received when I was planning to deliver naturally (which I did). You're right, it is pure indoctrination

I did as well. “Just take the drugs, you don’t get a medal for suffering” is a real common one.

Your videos about breathing helped me the most! FTM hospital birth and I was strongly encouraged to get pitocin to speed my labor along… but using the tools I learned from your videos and reading Ina Mae’s books I was able to deliver my baby without pain medications. I felt so strong and sexy! INTENSE contractions with that pitocin tho! 😅 I hope to have a truly unmedicated birth next time.

Thank you Bridget for making your channel! I had all 3 of my babies naturally without epidural or pain meds thanks to stumbling across Your TH-cam channel back in 2020 and being empowered to go the natural route. Happy Holidays to you sweet mama! 💕
