You don't need any hooks - you just need to open the UX Builder directly from the Product Page, you can follow this tutorial: help.flatzone.cc/knowledge/flatsome/custom-product-layout-for-flatsome
Because UX Builder is not a product page and it doesn't return the product itself. In order to see a product page in real time inside UX Builder, you must open the product page where the UX Builder is included and open with "Edit Product layout with UX Builder" so you can have it "inside" UX Builder.
