How to get the "Quantum Doggo" in Roblox's "Find the Doggos!"

If you input ").`4(%`'%-`/&`4(%`&/2'/44%.`+).'l`)4`(/,$3`4(%`+%9n`9/5`.%%$`4/`&).$`4(%`,%6%2`4/`/0%.`4(%`3%!,n", and set the shift to 64, you'll get an output of "in the gem of the forgotten king, it holds the key. you need to find the lever to open the seal." It does this by converting each character to unicode, then either adding or subtracting 64 (whichever generates a valid unicode character from 0-127). To those of you with a computer science background, this is the same as XORing each character with 64.
