From a Distribution Supervisor stand point, keep doing what you doing,but take those 🔑 out of the ignition, our safety guy here in Louisiana will ripp you up for that and those cones😊
I worked for Coca Cola consolidated i got my CDL thru them but i got my tanker and hazmat while i was there and now make 125k a year locally hauling gas
@@Colaonwheels it was kinda a lose lose situation for me i wanted to move up in the company but we made more than our supervisors so I’d be taking a pay cut to move up lol.
@@buckz2893 get experience with someone like Coca Cola first for those 2 years then jump for a local job with fuel companies like pilot or loves or circle k.

@@Colaonwheels I received offer letter today but now they saying I have to schedule a physical abilities test which is tomorrow and it’s for cdl driver commission pay. And I guess they talking about checking vitals and all that which is kind of annoying bc that’s what I got my medical card for.

We enforce the keys and also cones by the lift gate. Good call out btw you guys pay attention to this closely.

Some departments do and some do not.

There is none. You get a DOT physical that’s about it lol.
