the dirt gets noticeably "richer" as you go further down. For best results, you should either place your extractors near the bottom of the dig site, or pull up dirt from near the bottom to put under the lava drills.
not sure if you figured it out but im just watching this series now. it took me forever to figure out that you can combine the hardstone blocks into 1 big block with the refiner and use a number logic pad to adjust the size to whatever you want. i just let it make a block 1000 size and ill take that to the T2 shop cause it needs like 700 i think but i forget maybe it was 800 idk so i just make it 1000. anyway, im enjoying this series there arent any good creators doing this game the only ones i seen are absolutely obnoxious and i cant watch them lmao
I am new to this game. So could you show how you placed things and how to do it that way. It is hard to keep up with the build when you don't see it done or know how it works.

I know in the other game you built stairs down, but maybe you can make a snow step system? Getting stuck will get worse the deeper you go.
