I think saitama will win 100%. I'm a fan of both anime here are my thoughts: 1. Goku died multiple times in the series and got exhausted everytime but we havent seen saitama get exhausted even when he was fighting Cosmic garou 2. Goku has more forms and he is getting new updates because there is room for that.. Saitama is the pinnacle of strength and there will not be any other form 3. In terms of growth during the fight, there is no comparision. Goku is strong but Saitama adapts way way faster and there is no limit 4. Saitama did time travel only with his speed where as goku is incapable of time travel. He has to use the ring Overall, even after watching Saitama blowing up surphase of planet with his sneeze, we yet are no where near to his max level capabilities. I have covered both manga and anime of Dragon ball and OPM but in my opinion Saitama can win 7 or 8 out of 10 battles... I have covered both manga and anime of Dragon ball and OPM but in my opinion Saitama can win 7 or 8 out of 10 battles...
