I'm not going to bag the car but long story short; the quality is not it. Car sounds amazing, especially in upper range but the dash didn't hold up, terrible interior panel gaps, infotainment and USB overheats, cheap materials inside, and ONE major repair is half the value of the car. Honestly, it's a great car for $20k, not new. Get one used, stunt with it, make noise, turo it, fix it with duck tape and rubber bands, then sell it. You're welcome

The whole Maserati brand should give a disclosure for their vehicles. They’re not meant to be driven casually. Drive these cars once every other two weeks, 10-30 miles, and put that thing back in the garage. If Maserati would tell people this, I feel like the brand could redeem themselves. They’re not reliable, car parts are extremely rare to find, car mechanics that can fix anything wrong with the car’s hard to find, but they still make cool looking vehicles. It’s kind of sad though, a brand new mustang GT is like $40k a new Maserati is like $50k-$70k. One has more horsepower with more reliability, the other one has a brand name that’s all it has going for it’s self. Plus the Maserati will always lose a ton of money in value. It’s just to bad, kind of feel sorry for Maserati and Maserati owners.

Virtually no car from that period had Apple CarPlay, let alone Android Auto. Bluetooth music streaming and screen mirroring was the best you could hope for. And if you compared a 2015 car with a 2007 car, the difference would be just as massive. A 2007 car would probably not have a Bluetooth phone system, let alone A2DP music streaming. The navigation probably wouldn't even have dynamic guidance driven by RDS-TMC, let alone crowdsource data. Idk what you are talking about lol we currently own two cayennes and they are far superior to our X5’s, Escalade, Yukon XL, etc we’ve owned previously. Better ride quality, great suspension, love the interior build, beautiful steering wheel, the back seats are also really nice, and the gauge cluster is nice too. Also Lamborghini is owned by Audi so Audi is also lacking because new Lamborghini Huracan and urus owners seem to love their interior. Lol it’s futuristic literally who is better to make it lacking? Sounds like you clearly haven’t sat in these vehicles and jump to poor conclusions. Porsche focuses on numerous factors including how they age that’s why they don’t constantly make drastic changes rather focus on their engineering and even better build quality alongside reliability. Easily the most reliable brand we’ve ever owned.
I love people fighting in the comment section solely based off of the brand. Getting all emotional these are the facts. I have worked in the industry for a few good years so I'm used to depreciation curves especially when it comes to S classes, 7 series and Range Rovers. I have never seen a car in my life depreciate the way the Ghibli has... These cars are on their second and third owner meaning that maintenance more than likely hasn't been done. They are difficult to insure/repair. But hey if you're a masochist go for it. The only people that got to enjoy this car were the ones that leased it for that $349 special 😂🤣😂
The engine sounds good. The ride is nice. So asshole why is it that terrible? Because a BMW doesn't look better inside. And doesn't have better quality interior. Maybe the same. But not better. This is the point. Not even an old Lancia thesis has worse interior quality than any german car.

Not the "Nissan Altima leather" 😂
Buy a 2017 or newer. I notice the Maserati owner who complains a lot are always those who bought 2014-2016. Others who likes are those who bought 2017-2022. So buy a 2017 and newer. I am 2018 ghibli owner.
Same I notice that too. My mom has the Gran Lusso with Zegna interiors, 2019 one, and has had no problems with it
2019 and love mine!
2016-2018 has the most bugs in the system itself ( Public information look it up ) I'd say buy 2018 or newer ( I'm rocking a 2016 so I can't say much on that but you don't hear me complaining )
Thanks I needed this

No complaints on my end. 🔱 🥰 17+ is a lot nicer tho.
Yea 17+ have a better infotainment system and newer headlights so it is better. But still not near the competition by any means.

I got a 2018 ghibli n not really any problems with mine other then having to always change my rotors and pads bc I’m a fast driver🤣 car runs super smooth
previous ghibli owner. absolutly loved it. def didnt pay 95k hahahahaha try 30. fantastic and have since traded it in after owning from 20k miles to 110k and gosh i miss it and am looking into getting another one. the noise of the wheels turning isn't the car its the perelli tires bud. thats what you call grip. they dont want to let go of the pavment until enough pressure is applied then they jump that is just how they are they are track tires not street tires. at slow speed or stop they make noises and jump. they are working as they should! i threw continentals on since i drove it year round in winter which perellis definitely are not made for and never felt that again. the ferarri labor cost is only if you go to the dealer and you only go to the dealer if its under warranty. otherwise go to any local mechanic and pay what you would for a dodge neon lol it's okay to be ignorant but its not okay to spew falsities out of ignorance but the internet loves to talk crap. "DoUgE mUrO sAiD sO" YMMV
This guy definitely has special deal China direct import tyres not pirelli
As a mechanic, these things are dodge garbage for 4x the price. It's a fiat/chrystler product with a Maserati badge. It really is a dumpster fire of a product.
It's not false. That vehicle is completely made of shit. You're better off getting a scat pack than that. The car is a Ferrari mix with Chrysler parts. TF!! what a disgrace to the Italian legacy.

The MSRP was $95k 😂. Maserati had no business selling this junk for $95k back in 2015. It's equipped like a $40k car. Also, this isn't mine, I wouldn't buy a Ghibli even if someone forced me.
@@DhruvDrives In 2014, it was worth nearly all of that price.
It was decently equipped for a car produced in 2012/2013. You got to understand you are looking at the oldest lower spec models.
@@DhruvDrives - What was a 95k new car back in 2015 is not a 95k new car now. It's not difficult to understand.
You talk about the infotainment being crap. Of course it is. It's a 2015 car.
Also, a 2015 car (6 years old at the time of filming) will have wear and tear so you can't compare it to a new car. You just can't.
That’s why you buy them for $15k 2015 worth every penny
Yea it’s a good value at below $30k provided that it’s in good shape.
You say dont judge by the name or the brand, but then you do exactly that when you talk about the leather and the switches 😄
Yea, cuz the FCA parts bin is super cheap. Doesn't belong in a $80k+ car. The same parts are in $12k cars.

@@brabbit2325 Porsche has some of the most boring interiors. From 1970-2015+/- was pretty bad.
Dude Porsche has some of the best interior especially for long term.
