People crying about where the games are on the list either have never watched Gameranx or just have Brainrot. They aren't in any order. Their lists are always random. Always have been.

yup controller support for the xbox controller is in almost every single game and you can also play with ps5 controller , you can go on key site also for game so you pay wayyyy less and some are really legit so just google and search , also dont worry about 3dbenchmark if you are a bit under its totally normal , also dont spend too much time looking at the fps because some game are just badly optimized ! have fun
Cyberpunk is incredible now. I enjoyed it at launch, but I also had a top of the line PC and didn't experience any major bugs. My first playthrough at launch was 60 hours, and by the end I was kinda done with it and rushing through. When I came back for the phantom liberty DLC and all the 2.0 improvements with a new character and played through the game again, I stayed for over 100 hours and got the plat and wished I had a reason to keep playing even more. It's soooooo good. Deep Rock Galactic is one of the best games ever made. Period. It will never make sense to me that Helldivers 2, a VERY similar concept and type of game but not nearly as good, blew up in popularity while DRG is still relatively niche. Half-Life: Alyx is SO good that it's actually depressing for me to think about it, because we still haven't seen anyone else create such a polished, big budget, well-designed singleplayer game for VR and it's been 4 fucking years. Valve showed us the promise of what VR COULD BE if people actually just invested the same money in it as regular games. We're in a chicken and egg scenario where consumers don't wanna spend the money on VR hardware because there are no big budget AAA mind blowing games for it, and companies don't want to spend a lot of money on VR games because the userbase is so small, so all we get are a bunch of janky or short indie games. The shitty fucking reality of how money works is holding back the greatest leap forward in gaming of the last 25 years. By the time we as a society get our shit together and realize the magic of VR and start taking it seriously I'm going to be in my 40s or 50s.
I agree that most ppl who had complaints were players on older consoles. In my opinion, while not 100% satisfied, I really enjoyed Cyberpunk. And might even rebuild if it keeps getting all this "it's way better now" talk.
The Broken Sword 1 remake just came out and should've totally been on this list. That game changed a lot when it came to point and click. So many elements are still used in point and click games now. And it was hand painted...at least the original was.
The recent System Shock Remake deserves to be in this list. Unlike the Resident Evil 4 Remake and Dead Space Remake which was kinda unnecessary but we really appreciate for, a remake for System Shock was extremely necessary, and the developers did a wonderful job bringing back the franchise to modern platforms.
One I think is worth bringing up is Shadows Of Doubt although I doubt it will appeal to everyone is Shadows Of Doubt. It’s a procedural mystery game that has the same feeling of being in an evolving world that Daggerfall did. The thing is though that the game doesn’t have an overarching story, and while that’s fine for me (I’ve always enjoyed “create your own fun” kind games like Rimworld where my imagination and the game mechanics do the heavy lifting), I get that’s not something people looking for a detective game will want. I should note the recent reviews on Steam are mixed, partially from what I’ve read it’s because of the before mentioned lack of story, but also because it’s buggy for a lot of people. I haven’t had any issues, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t there.
I agree, Cyberpunk should have been like #10 on this list, but I understand that the wait for patches was a mass frustration, the overall game, even with its original release glitches,was still an amazing and original looking and feeling world created by the occasionally wayward but overall seminal , Project Red. But my personal appreciation aside, Falcon is the Man, the Birdman, and great list crew.

Cyberpunk is one of the best games of this generation and should be in the top 10 at least, especially for Phantom Liberty. It has redeemed itself and is one of the most immersive games with amazing combat, dialogue, character building, acting etc. Edit: Actually the position is just perfect for the sake of the video as it brings attention to the viewer immediately. If you want AAA quality story-driven games my top 5 out of this list is easily; 1- RDR2 2- Cyberpunk 2077 3- Baldur's Gate 3 4- Elden Ring 5- BM Wukong RDR2 is the best game ever made, easily. Cyberpunk 2077 is incredibly underrated even while it's a well known game in the industry but ppl still don't have an idea about how it turned it into a masterpiece. BG3 and Elden Ring have incredible replayability. And Wukong is 2024 GoTY, but they will surely rig it since it's a game from China from real, based devs.

YESSS, SHADOW GAMBIT THE CURSED CREW IS ON THE LIST! Action Strategy Tactics (Commandos-like) games are geniunely an underrated genre in gaming, which is why there are only few games of that genre. Luckily, the genre seems to be coming back after Mimimi's contribution with Shadow Tactics, Desperados 3, and Shadow Gambit too. Now Commandos would make a return too with Commandos Origins, it looks promising but i hope it's geniunely good.

Just started the vid basically but just have to chime in with my own opinion. 49: P5R, I do not agree with royal having better ending over normal version (if that's what u meant). Final dungeon was a slug compared to rest, couldn't get into villain's reason, the boss fight was basically just identical fight as fight against boss in "the Spaceport of Greed". And if that wasn't enough, that whole thing was basically just a dream scenario so u don't get much new stuff after that either. Well, rant over :P I still enjoyed the changes to earlier palaces, adding some extra stuff in dungeons and the rework of stuff like the guns.

Armored core was one of my favorite series until this last one. Played all of them except victory day.
cyberpunk 2077 is definitely one of my favorite games. they did good work making it what it should have been from the start.
