Oh man! I love how you approached and explained these things! Thank you so miuch, Philip!
Hi Philip. Hope you can answer! What if you took a movie quote and changed it. For example: "You had me at Hello" to , "You had me at Jello"? Thanks 😁
Excellent explanation - thank you!
Thank you!!
Great video. Thanks for the infos bro
Informative video, Thank you.
Thank you for sharing. You are the best.
Thanks a lot Philip
Wow Really Nice Video Man. Thank You.
Thanks for this very useful Video about TM and Copyrights. I will Check your Course
Great video love your work, I struggled struggle to find things that suit here in Australia to check but I think I have found one that helps. But I’m guessing wherever you want to sell you have to check all countries you are selling in
Yesterday I had a design post, when I added other products I got rejected saying it was not okay because it was offensive or explicit when I added kids. It was a simple cute kawaii kitten design geared towards kids with no text. I’m baffled.
Thanks for this, what about people's names like Trump and JD vans, country names, and country flags?
Most country names and flags are public domain. Vans are a brand so probably trademarked and counts as intellectual property. Politicians names are usually fine to use as long as you adhere to content policies
Another great video. Do you have one showing how to enter a design into Merch By Amazon? Thanks
Great video. Thank you. Can you use famous people’s faces on t shirts? Trump, Putin, Boris Johnson etc.
Hello Philip, I have launched a group advertising campaign, but I forgot to remove some designs and got rejected, does this affect my advertising account?
If when uploading work not addicted to Trademark but it was registered after. What will happen? Will it be wrong if we don't know? Should them will check about timing first?
Thanks for the video, Philip!😊 How would I know, though, if a phrase I come up with is not already copyrighted for being a song lyric or a movie quote?
Google search the phrase + lyrics. If nothing obvious comes up it's probably safe.
@@PhilipAnders cheers!
Is it allowed if a person makes custom bootleg designs for your car shirts? So the customer sends the seller pictures of their car and the seller makes a bootleg design of it, is it allowed?
Let's say I upload a text design today and the trademark becomes live tomorrow. What happens then? Is it safe, or I should also take it down?
Is business email is necessary for Amazon merch on demand account opening ?. Plz tell me ........
Am I allowed to copy designs on websites such as Placeit 1:1 if they officially allow it or do I still need to amend them?
You need to alter the design you take from those platforms because everyone has access to them like you and chances are they have already been used without changes. So whoever uploaded the design first is the copyright owner and can report you for copying it (#1 in the video).
