    May 30 2004
All we need now is the one from May 31 2004 and it's the end of May 2004 and then we'll get more June 2004 powerhouse recordings especially the ones that aired on June 13 and the early morning hours of June 14 2004 with Time squad and captain planet and the coming up next supernext bumper for the powerpuff girls with a few commercials and then the camp Cartoon promo as it will be the last and final appearance of the 1992 checkerboard logo after that will be 30 seconds of black screen and then at 6am the CN City era starts with the very first appearance of the 2004 logo

One of the last few movies that have the full credits playing at full speed. When it rebranded, the credits of the movies started to speed up very fast.

The last 40 seconds were...something. First off, that Future Pop Star bump features Diana DeGarmo as a kid. See, she was one of the kids from the Cartoon Gang from 1997, and this was directly taken likely from that year, too. Why did they do this? She was a runner-up on American Idol that year, specifically from it's third season.

Definetly weird for sure. There is no way that Diana Degarmo clip was her in 2004. If she was a part of the Cartoon Gang in 1997 she was maybe 10 that year. If that’s the case she was 17 in 2004. She’s definitely not 17 in that future pop star clip. Strange they would use footage of someone from 1997 or 1998 in a 2004 clip. It’s definitely not her in 2004 as by that point she would be in her mid to late teens and in the clip they showed of her in this video she looks way younger than that.

This must mean that these were the time were they aired bumpers so incredibly temporary that they only lasted like...less than a month.

So the city era bumpers aired during that time in the Powerhouse era?

From the resources I’ve read, Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown was the last movie to air on the Cartoon Theatre block.

Probably not as the powerhouse era wasn’t gone until June 14 2004. The city era I believe also had Cartoon Theatre as well except it was rebranded to coincide with the than new look.

Could possibly be. Probably the first couple weeks of June it might have a different Cartoon Theatre bumper still using the Checkerboard logo. Probably the early city bumpers or something similar using CGI bumpers.

on June 12th, 2004, the last Cartoon Theatre airing that will be aired was Osmosis Jones until it was rebranded to coincide with the new look on June 14th, 2004.

@@thomasbarnarx8145 I wonder what the Cartoon Theatre promo for Osmosis Jones would have looked like.

Second off...that random bump with Teen Titans at the very end...what?

    • @ryankalata

It’s almost like a post Screwy ain’t it bumper. By this point screwy ain’t it bumpers were most likely not being used anymore but this clip would of been on had the show premiered when these bumpers were still being made. Also surprising they made such a clip as most of the station ids being made starting in 2003 were CGI bumpers which resembled ones used during the city era. Except the 2003 CGI station ids were removed along with any remaining powerhouse material at the start of the city era.
