Even in the worst case scenario, where he is caught by the DE he might start to adapt to the effects of IV. So the deciding factor is - Time There is a delay between techniques and attrition. Gojo cannot outlast Shigaraki in a battle of attrition and his adaptation, Gojo will get tired and fatigued, his output will lower and soon he might die because of hunger or thirst as he still needs to eat to survive. So yes Shigaraki and in addition Deku can kill Gojo Satoru.
