These matches are always so relaxing to watch. When I do have to step away, the commentary really keeps me into the match.
I really enjoy Scott’s commentary. He’s got such insight into the game. Shows how well he knows the game.

Thanks for great commentary Scott! It looked like Shuff just didn't have his head in this match. I think he was fine during the first game, but just seemed to lose it after Reyes' second win. Good luck to him in later matches!
I used to play Brandon at First Break in Sterling. I would be playing 9-ball. He was as well, but would hit every ball into the same pocket to give me a chance. :P

The seven in the corner pocket: if the ball was hit and it bounced off the rail of the pocket opening would it count as a bank shot?

Anybody else notice Brandon went back to a wood shaft? I've seen play many tomes at Brews and Cues but I guess I'm just a light weight but you know how it is. Just because I'm not on the national tour doesn't mean I can't put a couple bank on you. I've seen Reyes play two people I know from Brews now and I still think it's a good statement of the people that play out of Brews.
16:55 sounds like an Adam Sandler reference, "at a medium pace!" .....Now after anhour of gameplay I have serious doubts that the commentator has any idea there's am Adam Sandler song called, "at a medium pace". If he did he probably wouldn't have said it so much.

Can someone explain why efren is struggling to hit the simple banks here when he is the goat of kicks and we always see him hitting those incredible 4 rail kicks?

Stop saying the pockets are tight 🥱 you’ve clearly never watched Chinese 8 ball.. those are tight pockets and what all professional players should play on, separate the good players from the bad, the games too easy
You do know that american pockets are bigger but the balls are alot bigger too.....I've seen side by side of American pool balls next to snooker and Chinese balls and american balls are quite a bit bigger. Besides. Judd Trump got absolutely destroyed 9-0 by Jayson shaw in the USA open last year and Jayson didn't even finish in top 16 in that tournament so just because the pockets they play on are smaller so are the balls it doesn't mean they can beat the Americans and Europeans that play on the american tables. Of course your comment made it very clear you had no idea the balls were alot bigger than Chinese balls.

I just rewatched the lag, and Brandon quite clearly won, by several inches.
They should start making pocket 3" why stop at 4 1/4, lets make the game longer and more boring so no new comers will watch.
