That one word aunty said, I always support Alya during a fight with her son, shows how much she values Alya and womenhood. Most of the times even when son's do mistakes M-In-Law stays quiet knowing what her son did was wrong or never even tries to correct her son's mistakes, and blindly supports her son. This is the starting point for separations to happen in a family.
Also, Alya calls her aunty and not Amma. THis is very real, I always believe no one can be like amma except their own mother. There can be only 1 amma and 1appa for everyone. So, better to call everyone in proper relationship and not fake it.
