why didnt u use raiden instead of fischl? is it for the damage?

Yes. Fischl does more damage than off field raiden. Idk if she does more than on field but raiden isn't that good in aggravate. It still works but she has no room for em in her kit, and her individual hits benefit more so from attack than flat damage (which is what aggravate gives). While fischl individual hits have lower scaling but more aggravate and because they have lower scaling they benefit a lot from em and aggravate. She also take less field time
