I haven't listened to Stereophonics for a very long time so I'm very happy that you reminded me of them. Kelly Jones has a beautiful voice, a classic Welshman when it comes to singing. Please do more of their stuff. For myself, I'm going to hunt down some of it right now. It's been way too long!

Chod, I totally agree with your reaction. Never heard of them before. They have no charted songs on US Billboard Hot 100 chart. Lots of charted songs in UK and rest of Europe.

Kelly Jones has a beautifully emotive, rough-yet-soft, sexy voice. He's a talented (Welsh) man. Can also recommend _Dakota_ and _Graffiti On The Train_ by Stereophonics. 🖤

Stereophonics I think generally class themselves as a rock band but they do different styles too. Kelly has a voice that can sing the phone book and it would sound good. He can be amazing doing acoustic you'll have to hear more of him doing both the rock and acoustic. His raspy voice has been compared to young Rod Stewart a lot and they covered Handbags & Gladrags which Rod also covered before them. You should definitely go through their music and listen to the variation of songs they do and Kelly can sing

It always amazes me how accents disappear when people sing.
Good choice. If you haven't seen it, check out the movie "Crash" this song plays in the end credits. It won a 2006 best movie Oscar.
