The clip of the girl kicking the guy in the mask was Sooyoung from Girls Generation and the guy was Minho from SHINee, it was from an episode of Running Man and Minho was chasing all the cast and the Girls Generation members (very funny even without subtitles). Also the guy basically tackling the girl after she jumped was Onew from SHINee and the girl was Luna from f(x), they came after Girls Generation and before Red Velvet.
super junior funny compilations are also a good watch. they are after all the most chaotic group out there and has been since 2005
well, SM basically stands for SooMan and he is the owner of the company. eventho the company is shitty sometimes but can't deny that he himself is actually a very lovely, funny and a crackhead as well lol. i hope you could react more to SM videos in the future. :)
SM stands for Star Museum. He does not own the company, he did found it but he relinquished his rights as ceo in 2014. From that point on, he only worked as a producer in sm. SM is a public company meaning that a bunch of shareholders own the company, including lsm. The ceo of the company is Kim youngmin, not lsm :)
@yummiwatch yes I agree that he still holds a lot of power! But he still doesn’t “own” the company. Many other shareholders do as well. He definitely has influence though, and voting rights.

Hey Tyler and Isaac 👋 This was just so chaotic, huh? And also, SM Entertainment is named for the founder, Lee Soo-Man. Anyway, two songs have just come out that each feature a member of NCT. There’s Love Right Back by Raiden ft Lil Boi (stylised as lIlBOI) and NCT 127’s Taeil. And there’s California Love by DONGHAE ft NCT Dream’s Jeno. Raiden is a DJ and producer, lIlBOI is a rapper, and DONGHAE is a singer in Super Junior.

I recommend HOPE song for SM family, didnt liked that much how SM handled them (although i liked how they trained them) but i love SM artists more than other groups esp SNSD and their other girlgroups coz their GGroups are Top Tiers and Classy for me.. If you stan one SM group, you’re going to start stanning like 5 others. I started out with SES (SM’s first girl group), which led me to SNSD, then branched out to aespa and Red Velvet, and feel like I’m indirectly stanning Super Junior, Shinee, and f(x).

Tbh as I was getting to know kpop in 2013 I really loved sm family. The artist were incredibly friendly with each other and had the best chemistry between them. But after 2016 everything just was different tbh.... Sm began to cast out older groups and just everything seems like a take fame and fans from older groups to get them into their newest ones. Since then everything seems so weird and not the same anymore. After 2016 there isn't really so much to brag for (as in we're a big family).... The only ones who still believe in this family thing are newer fans who see the promo and positivity for their groups....

So the concept of *New Culture Technology* is a continuation of the Kpop System that has been created by Lee Sooman, *Cultural technology* .
Why is he obsessed with culture and technology?
Because He was graduate with M.A. in Computer Engineering from California State University and Seoul National University. Meanwhile, his wife graduated from UCLA with a major in Computer Graphics & Video. So it's no wonder all groups have technology vibe
1) ❤️ *Cultural Technology* ❤️
Cultural technology (Korean: 문화 기술; Hanja: 文化 技術; RR: munhwagisul) is a system used by South Korean talent agencies to promote K-pop culture worldwide as part of the Korean Wave. This system was developed by Lee Soo-man, founder of the talent agency and record company SM Entertainment.
The cultural technology system that was originally used by SM Entertainment since the 1990s is in four core stages:
- Casting,
- Training,
- Producing, and
- Marketing / Managing.
Until now, this system has been widely used by Kpop agencies in South Korea to create, debut, and market their groups.
2) ❤️ *SMP Genre* (SM Music and Performance) ❤️
Part of what sets the company apart from the others in the industry is that their artists perform in the SMP genre - a style of music that is unique to SM Entertainment acts. A term coined by the company in the mid-90's with H.O.T, SMP combines rock and R&B with hip-hop beats allowing for very strong dance performances.
The SMP genre is not only to be heard - rather, songs by SM artists are to be experienced. With precise choreography, flawless staging, and over-the-top visuals, any SM artist is sure to amaze their audience.

In February 2016, SM held a press conference to discuss the future of SM and its cultural technology. Lee Soo-man announced the application of New Culture Technology, a special system of SM with the keyword is *Interact* "Interactive".

- Digital Music Channel
- EDM (Expand SMP Genre) ScreaM Record as SM EDM & DJ label. EDM festival for around the world.

- Rookies Entertaiment. Pre-debut team.

- New artist group - one experimental group, NCT (Neo Culture Technology). Limitless.
After Hallyu wave they wanna make Hallyu Localization.
It is the convergence and extension of the four core cultural technologies of BC that are developed and are closely related to the *interaction and desire to innovate through communication* .
Until now, SM's New Culture Technology technology innovation has digital platforms such as Lysn bubble, SM The Stage, Online Beyond Live Concerts, SM Building 'SM Coex Atrium' Museum & Exhibition, SM hologram Virtual concert & Theater etc.
4) ❤️ *SMCU* (SM Culture Universe)❤️
"We are now going through a turbulent fourth industrial revolution in which not only COVID-19 but also other diseases and climate change can occur at any time. In the future, there will be more changes in human lifestyle as technology advances, and as I said before, the future world will become a world of celebrities and robots. We mentioned SM Culture Universe (SMCU) as a key value and vision for the future entertainment world, and we will introduce new girl group Aespa as the first project that will soon open the beginning of future entertainment." -Lee Soo-man
By 2004, SM Entertainment had been working to produce their own culture universe. During the planning stage, Lee Soo-man thought of creating a worldview with "innovative and powerful" storytelling between SM groups since H.O.T Kangta to Aespa. SMCU as a vision for the future entertainment with "new and innovative" ways as they have done so far.
SM Entertainment and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a joint metaverse study. SM had teamed up with Marvel, Creative Artists Agency, and Intel, among other global companies, to make the culture universe.

1. H.O.T - First Kpop idol boy group (They use 'Cultural Technology System for the first time)
2. S.E.S - First Girls kpop idol group
3. BoA - First Hallyu Wave Act. First Kpop Global act (Hallyu wave is project between kpop agency to spread Kpop and Korean culture to the world). That's why BoA is THE QUEEN OF KPOP
4. TVXQ - Kpop emperor. They make Kpop survive in Korean Money Crisis era.
5. Super Junior - Kpop Hallyu King. Big number and first Sub unit concept. Kpop try another field like Kdrama, variety show, movie, musical theatre etc also at this time SM debut the first Chinese idol. South Korean banned Chinese to appear on the TV so they work really hard to erase this rule.
6. SNSD - SNSD is female ver of Suju but there is pro-con about Suju M debut. That's why SNSD only debut with 9 member. But yeah they are not only kpop group but also focus in other field too. At this point. Kpop idol is multitalented artist. And SNSD is EVERYWHERE. Nation's Girl Group.
SUJU and SNSD is a leader of hallyu wave in East Asia & South East Asia, Latin america, and Europe etc.
7. Shinee - Dance oriented group. They have Boy-ish teenager concept. Until now, even after their military service, their image still a "teenager boy". Prince Of kpop. They make a trend of Kpop choreography by make the first Kpop dance practice. They also have a goal to show Korean that Idol dancer is good as dancer.
8. F(x) - Female version of shinee. Their concept is teen crush. Brave & Rebellious girls. They make EDM trend for Kpop. F(x) is electronic girls.
F(x) also a trend setter. Ombre hairstyle, tennis skirt too.
9. EXO - They have their own universe. EXO planet. Each member have story and power.
10. Red velvet - They have their own universe too .Each member have their own color, animal, fruit, sword, etc. Red Velvet is the only kpop group who has 2 main concept, Red & Velvet. So Unique and Diverse.
11. NCT - Neo Culture Technology, Unlimited concept. Based on technology. Noice genre.
12. Aespa - Based on technology. Neo. AI/Avatar. Multiverse.
Facts: SM Family is the best. The CEO is Lee Soo Man btw.
