Uh that’s really sad. I’ve been using Velcro rollers since before most of you were born. I have thick wavy shiny hair. I don’t use the rollers much anymore but if you really want to get a great look you’ve got to curl that hair with a big ole curling iron, wrap the hair section while it’s still hot so it cools on the roller. When finished, use hair spray all over, let the hair dry from the spray and remove the curlers or leave in as long as needed. Then you get what we would all expect to see from this video! Also where he parted the hair and then put the rollers in at the front isn’t cool. Straight back or forward would be better. Take the advice of a great glamma and you’ll have that big sexy hair look you want!
Maybe they were put in a bit too tight? I also have very fine hair and I love to use them after I blow dry. Just condition well and treat your hair very gently.

Now I want to send my rollers back! Redo this entire video. Even the hair model looks frustrated. My heavens. Did you film, edit and post this yourself? You couldn't have had any honest feedback. I think that you have talent. I think that you can do it over and be just fine. Studio filming sucks. I get it, plus you're limited unless you have your assistant with you. Just redo it. Even on a mannequin head would be fine.

I used velcro rollers and they got stuck in my hair which is very fine. Had to work for ages to get them out without cutting.
