Genesis 4:1 - "Now the man had relations with his wife Eve, and she conceived and gave birth to Cain, and she said, “I have obtained a male child with the help of the LORD.” " Also, the flood took place in about 2348 BC, so there was no China prior to that. Even modern archeologists and historians say that there is little record of Chinese culture before 2,000 BC. So China didn't exist 6,000 years ago.

What about the temperature on the Ark when the world was entirely covered by water? The Ark would have been floating at well over 20,000 feet. They would have froze. What would the weight of all that water done to Earth's orbit? It would be a substantial additional weight. And where did all of the water go after the water receded? How is it that the dominant carnivores didn't eat the pairs of smaller animals after disembarking this Ark? How did sloth's and other animals from South America get to the mid-east?
The earth has not always looked the same. The pre-flood earth was one large continent with no high mountain ranges. During the flood, this large continent "Pangaea", broke into the smaller continents we have today. "Continental Drift". The mechanism that caused the breakup was the underground water bursting through along the seams of the land... the vacated water causing a breakup in the earths crust leading to tectonic plate movement. The land was pushed higher and the tall mountain ranges were formed with the water receding into the oceans and the ocean trenches. The ice ages occurred shortly afterwards due to the resulting climatic changes.
The same water is still here today. Mountains were not as high as today. The continents slammed into one another at incredible speeds which is shown by scientific evidence. Example: We observe parallel magnetic stripes at the mid-Atlantic ridge instead of randomized dipoles where the continents separated. It necessarily would have to have happened very very quickly to leave this signature on the ocean floor. Also, if you were to lower the mountains and raise the basins so the earth was level over the entire globe, we would all be a mile under water. A careful study reveals science to be the Bible's best friend.
