The waterwheel invention is the one that really blew my mind. Furthermore, Chrome and Kaseki invented it without knowing the full implications of what it can bring. They just thought up and wanted to invent a convenient cotton candy making machine, but no. Instead they made history and changed their ways of life forever with that invention. It is the kind of invention that will revolutionise science.
It only solidifies Senku's point: Science WILL move forward, even if Tsukasa had actually killed him. Someone will always tinker around with things, try to figure out how they work, and make new things and new discoveries.
i mean why should he be mad ? he doesnt dislike Senku, he respect the guy and even said back in the old day he could be is first friend, they are enemi by ideology not cause they hate each other
Was waiting for this reaction. The end of episode 20 to me is the best moment in the show, as it shows a leap in tech but also that Senku no longer is truly alone in advancing the species. And Chrome takes best boy spot.
It's amazing how chrome and kaseki reinvented the water wheel without any input from senku. Chrome thought of the idea himself without even knowing what a water wheel was or that it had already been invented. Seeing human ingenuity at work really makes you appreciate all of humanity's accomplishments and proves that science and inventing isn't just for smart advanced people
Great reaction guys XD. I'm like, late, but I'll still add my usual info dump (tho there aren't much in these two eps): -When Ruri said Senku probably just wants to "share candy with a girl", the translation isn't exactly inaccurate, but it does miss a detail. Ruri said, "Senku-san probably just wants to share candy with a LONELY girl." She put emphasize on Homura being alone. This really shows that despite his logical ass, Senku is really empathetic, and he thought about Homura who had to spend all her days alone, just watching them without anyone to even talk to. That's not only boring and tiring, but also mind-numbing. She literally just burned his village, but Senku wanted to share candy with her :"). If we thought about it, Senku spent 6 MONTHS alone before Taiju came, just barely fending for himself in the wild, so it's understandable that he's particularly understanding in that regard. -The "meme". In Japanese what Ginro said was "nori-tsukkomi". It's not a meme, but rather a Japanese type of gag skit. I guess it's easier to translate it as a meme in English. I don't particularly mind this translation because the meaning still sends, I just thought I'll let you guys know XDD. Both memes and nori-tsukkomi are not something you'll typically think of to pass down to the next generation when the world ends XDDD. Byakuya is really the best XDD

Gen being so done with Senku is the funniest thing ever
The faces man. The animators and voice actors really nailed the comedy

Is it just me or when Tsukasa is told Senku is alive he doesn't really seem mad, he looks more scared if anything.
I mean why wouldn’t he be scared

25:35 yes it is important to pass down memes😂

Letsssss go been waiting for this for a while
My husband has dark blond hair, which just means that after summer, his hair is blond, but his beard / shadow is dark brown.
24:37 why’d you have to make that sound effect so loud man😂, I’m watching this at work
That’s EXACTLY why it’s so loud😂
@@TGLReacts trolling at Senku's level
I think their beards just look darker naturally. Besides there's Senku's crazy green onion hair.
Good thing I was wearing headphones 24:36
Absolutely love episode 20. ^^
is it just me or is the mic audio to the far left on headphones
Another day from them to add Hajime no Ippo on their list
32:43 lez go
Wait in the English sub they call it a meme? But in the dub they call it a bit
people with different hair colors throughout their bodies exist
brunette hair black beard
blonde hair brunette beard
blonde hair and red beard
brunette hair and red beard
read hair and blonde beard
blonde and black is the rarest I'd say
a friend of mine has red hair and blonde everything else, I myself have found 2 or 3 red hairs on my black beard, a few on my leg and I have one blonde hair that always grows back that I have to pluck every time because it grows between my right eyebrow and my hairline for some reason

The English dub uses bit, which makes me thing that meme is more of a thing for ease of translation

8:41 I might be wrong, but if I remember correctly, Japanese doesn't have the word for "He" and "She".
You're not wrong, most of Asian language don't have pronoun like English.
