I went to raves all over the place with huge attendances but Angels in Burnley was the best for me. There used to be car loads of us travel down from Carlisle probably 3 nights a month we fuckin loved the place(i know the drugs had a lot to do with it) we seen all of the best DJ's in the world in this little club that held a 1000ppl, fuck i even seen Nigel Benn (the boxer) DJing one night he was pretty shit but nobody seemed to have the balls to get him off! Fuckin brilliant club like, I'd be off sick on Monday's every time i went out...My boss soon clocked on! :)
+Johnathan Brendan Coates it was a fucking shambles mate but my god what a place angels was, seriously it was all I lived for for the best part of 5 years
best night i went to WAS 1993 march and it rocked the houser that stu allen set that was absolutely heaving and stu dropped the hard jungle and rocked it and after that jungle died and it closed down cause of some bs but that was last proper jungle night stu allen march 1993 and top buzz when he turned up and place was dead but he turned up and he dropped a hard mix top buzz
I was at a club in London called Turnmills in 1995 and the Chemical Brothers were dj'ing. It was called the Heavenly Social. BPM was there interviewing the clubbers. Any chance you have a copy of that show?

There is something partridge about Stu Allen and his radio show.
I was at a club in London called Turnmills in 1995 and the Chemical Brothers were dj'ing. It was called the Heavenly Social. BPM was there interviewing the clubbers. Any chance you have a copy of that show?
I made a playlist with all the shows I have / found - th-cam.com/play/PLdG28tcFNI1_opz7VjEKO7EkAUMWsBlkt.html
@@Sbradyman Thank you!

RIP Stu Allen!
he must have some energy Stu
Dress to sweat...😊
Angels was much better when Marcus Kaye was doing Friday Nights. It was Hardcore then. RIP LEGEND..
Who's the girl havin it (white top ) when the kick in in the beat track is on ? Wonder of she watches this now
MC Natz!!
I loved BPM. Anyone know what the mix of Pam Fernández kickin in the beat was or was it just the acapella laid over Sublime's - The Theme?
eadwig2000 it was one of the mixes of sublime
Sounds like Jaco - Show Some Love has been sampled over it
Stu Allan = Legend.
Dave dorrell n all
And Mark XTC. Those guys still DJ together today.
God bless Stu 🙏💙
May he Rave in Paradise x
Is that Wiley at 11.20????
Wiley would only have been 12 or 13 in 1992 but that does look a lot like him! Maybe a relation.
